This place is linked with Pretzel Maker and I was very displeased! The cookie I had was stale and majority of them were very... small with little icing. I certainly believe it?s because the employees don?t want to make the effort to do their job. Plus oneworker in particular, she was very rude. I was standing there talking to her and it?s as if I was a ghost. Just when I was aboutto walk out though somebody came in. Guess what happened. It was a great experience overall. Great choice when dessert hunting. It was a bit of a wait but everything that was ordered was... made accordingly. Additionally purchases was made at the register. The man that made the Fudge Brownie Delight did a fantasticjob. The Fudge Brownie Delight was made how I wanted and not how it orginally comes. I really don't want to give it one star because I spent $13.66 here bought 4 Cookies notice there was a sign on the wall saying... buy 5 get one free, I asked the cashier about it and was told the sign was not up to date and it did not apply to what Iordered. First of all that is false advertisment and then when I bring it to his attentioI am dismissed and then Charged on myreceipt comodity charge @ my expense. Read more

Everything was disgusting. The strawberry lemonade was nasty, cookies were hard and pretzels were cold. I asked for mozzarella... stuffed pretzels and was told they weren?t serving those and only what was out which was regular pretzels and regular pretzelbites. So I got the pretzel bites. Disgusting. Plus the girl checking us out had a very bad attitude. I saw that based on howshe treated the 2 young girls in front of me. But she treated me the same way. We came here today and the lemonade was filled with mold. The cookies were stale and the drink tasted so bad, I had to spit it... out. Disgusting. That machine probably hasn't been cleaned out in months. I'm extremely disappointed as this used to be aregular spot for me. $30 later and with only stale cookies, dry pretzels, and moldy lemonade, this is the worst experience I'veever had with a store. Love the place, the food is always delicious! However, today's experience wasn't that great. The lady behind the counter... was...how do I explain it...she had this look of disgust and I'm pretty sure she scoffed at me once or twice. If you are thatmiserable, you need to go somewhere else or work in the back. That is not the kind of face that the company needs "greeting"people. Maybe she was just having a bad day...I don't know.
