No more customer service. You can no longer place an order at the counter. You are forced to either use the drive thru or use... the kiosks inside which don't work or when they do, gets your order wrong. And eventually, a store member will come over to tryto fix the problem but only has to go back to the register to take your order. I guess no more McDonald's for me. Read more

If I could give this restaurant a negative star, I would!! The WORST service I have ,EVER EVER had!!! Rude, rude, rude!! No... napkins available out in the lobby. I was told I would get napkins on my tray. Employees all around behind the the counterignoring everyone. Asked for grape jelly, I was yelled at and asked if I checked the bag. Why yes, I did and guess what?? Nogrape jelly. I understand it?s hard to find good employees these days but that shouldn?t matter. Other customers said that themanagement was obnoxious and condescending too. Another customer came in and the manager was laughing and smiling and went rightto the register for her.Maybe she shouldn?t be working there if she can?t be professional, she shouldn?t be in customerservice!! Never going back to ANY McDonald?s on Rivers avenue! I?m sure it won?t make any difference but I had to make it known. Read more

One of my family members went in get me a Big Mac. He came back with a salad and bread. Normally this McDonald's is busy inside... and outside, but it wasn't during this visit. How do you roll out a Big Mac with no beef top or bottom bun? I guess now not onlydo you need to check your bag for all orders, but you also have to check each order for all the ingredients! ???? I rarely leave reviews. Customer service absolutely sucks here. Super rude. They gave me the wrong bag and asked for it back?and... it ended up being the wrong order lol. There?s plenty of other McDonald?s out there so pick a different one. Read more

It's my fault for not checking the bag for all items , as always they forgot some of my order, but realistically isn't that... their job? It's a shame it comes to checking you own order, I used to be a crew trainer for McDonald's as a second job and itall comes down to the managers and store manager. If they fail to to their job the employees fail, and as costumers we get sorryservice. Read more

The Sushi & Sashimi were awesome and we were pleasantly surprised with the food presentation. The ice sculpture was over the... top. Additionally, the waiter was amazing with his attention to detail. Loved this place and will definitely return. Highlyrecommended! Read more
