recently quit a few months ago. And here is why our store is so bad. If you're a minor or parent, don't bother. The workplace... isn't for you if you don't have a life. A young girl was allergic to pineapple and was being forced to stay 30 minutes. theracism in this, shows. NO TRAINING. only white people were trained, and Poc trained each other.. if you're in school you have tocut those hours because we are short staffed. If you are a parent, you can't let them use the stores bathroom. A young girl wasaccused of verbal assault against a customer when the customer verbally assaulted her. then she was apparently written up forbeing out of town. When you dont show up, your being talked about behind your back by one of the managers. Or you owe your lifeto the store. One of the managers stepped down and only makes minimal wage instead of what he should be. So if you ever wonder"what happened to this store?" This is why. Over 2 hours and still waiting, was quoted 50 to 60 minutes. 30 plus dollars for a 12 dollar pizza and 6 dollar chicken poppers... and still hasn't arrived in 2 hours and 20 minutes........ Update, finally showed up after 2 and a half hours, pizza was coldand buffalo chicken poppers were not only cold but barely sauced, if I wasn't so hungry I'd take this poor excuse for food backto papa John's. First time ordering from here today & will be the last. Ordered the works, & there was a ton of peppers & onions with hardly... any meat. I literally counted 3 pieces of ham. Pizza tasted of vinegar and peppers nothing else. So I called to complain tosee about getting a refund. The lady refused to give me her name stating that I didn't need it. Was very rude. The pizza wasice cold . She also hung up on me. Bad quality of food & customer service. Then we were charged not once but twice, Marco's iswhere I will do my business from now on. Read more

Over the years I've noticed a considerable drop in quality. It's not store specific. Since the actual papa John left I'm... assuming they switched to cheaper ingredients and higher profit margins from the higher ups. Going to probably look for nicheshops or just start making my own. Read more

I was about to order a pizza from here, but looking at the reviews of this place I don't believe I will. That's very unfortunate... & disheartening how this place didn't seem to put any pride into their work, especially from people that are "suppose" to begiving great customer service. Ordered a pizza, said it would take about 85 minutes. Wait and its been roughly 2 hours so I check the tracking and it says... delivered. I call the store and the delivery driver just picked it up. It's been another hour so I call the store again. Theytold.me they don't know what happened and they will refund me. What a joke. Read more

Picked up 2 ?free? pizzas that I had credit for since they have recently been messing up our orders. What can I say.. barely... cheese on the pizzas, regular crust is as thin as a thin crust pizza and some slices barely have any toppings. Another evidently poor review, but here goes. I ordered a pizza at exactly 5pm through the app. According to the app tracker,... the pizza was delivered at 5:28pm only I did not get it. I called the store and talked to a manager. He was nice andapologetic and said he would refund my card and reorder another pizza to be delivered. 25 minutes later, I get a call from thestore saying they could not do a cash delivery order. I said this was not a cash order and explained to him what happened. Heagain said they could not do a cash order. Then, I got upset and told him to cancel the order. Read more
