No drivers! After ordering online, the eta for our $55 order showed over 2 hours, which put that right at their closing time, so... I called to make sure no error. The person on the phone was great, honest and polite and explained they had no driver, wereusing Door Dash, and that THEY were horrible and even sometimes stole the order and Pizza Hut had to pay back the customer. Hesaid he had orders ready for delivery that had been setting in their store over an hour. I cancelled, and thanked his honesty.This is ridiculous. raise the price a bit, or cancel delivery services until you have drivers. Read more
We ordered a pizza tonight. The door dash person called and said some else picked up our pizza and now we can't get anyone to... answer the phone at Pizza Hut. We held 4 different times on 2 phones for 30 mind each. Do not order from the River Ave location. Read more
I loved their quick service, we ordered from the parking lot and the order was ready in 10 minutes. We loved the spicy veggie... pizza with capsicums, onion, mushroom, red chilli toppings. Tried their lemon pepper seasoned fries which was also equally good!This can be your go to order next time! Read more
If I could zero star this I would. They were an hour late with my food, the driver was rude as can be pretty much just shoved my... food at me and was like here, the food had no taste to it and was disgusting, and when I FINALLY got my food the pasta was allover the other pizza boxes and half gone. The law firm I work with tends to always get pizza very often and now will not.Horrible experience and will never recommend anyone to go here. I attached pictures of this mess as well. Read more
Unfortunately I cannot add pictures since the food is already in the trash. I ordered yesterday, I always call ahead to check if... they have drivers, if not and I really would like the food, then I chance it. I know it?s through DoorDash, and I don?t orderanything through them anymore. Haven?t ordered from Pizza Hut for a long time, since I have found Domino?s to have bettertasting, fresher food, and more options to choose from, also they get here fast. So from Pizza Hut I had ordered the FamilyPasta Deal, plus the Pizza Melt with Pepperoni & Cheese. The VERY Sad thing is, you cannot add anything to this !? The foodarrived a bit later than expected. Each of the Pastas was left open, simply didn?t have a lid, surprised me a lot, and I don?tfind it to be sanitary. The Pizza Melt was just put into the box, no wrapping underneath of any kind, which would?ve kept ithotter, and not tasting like cardboard. If I had only known. :( I gave a couple of extra Stars, because they did do goodBefore, and can still do better Again! Yes, often it?s because of the drivers, which they have no control over. Also, I talkedto Elissa on the phone over there.. and she is very kind, and patient..!
