We usually do Poke Bros. but when we researched and found a place that had Ramen we decided to give this place a try. We were... not disappointed. They are priced a little higher than PB but the portion sizes are much bigger so it was worth it. I had theshrimp and crab poke bowl and my husband had beef Ramen. We also had a fruit tea and a bubble milk tea. We enjoyed it all. Wewill be back. Oan: the place was nice and clean. Read more

Atmosphere in here is great. We love the anime on the walls. It is clean and light in the place. The sushi and poke bowls are... fresh. The portion of the poke bowls are huge. I would say equal to three sushi rolls worth of food but only 13 bucks. Would begreat to have some spice options as well but still awesome without! We order sushi take out from here OFTEN. Recently, we ate inthe store for some lunch (before hitting up BoxLunch at the mall) and it was so good. Love the tapioca boba. Hubby loves thedragon roll. And anytime we have questions or issues their customer service is top tier! very friendly people. This willcontinue to be one of our favorite places in North Charleston. Read more

Ordered from Uber eats and got this instead of the colorful pictures of sushi bowls on their website Arrived warm cucumbers... soft, lettuce brown and salmon questionable! Not safe to eat! Go to Poke Bros 5070 University Charleston for safe delicioussushi bowls, not this knock off wanna be! Update!!!! It's now 11pm and I'm contemplating going to ER, woke up with severeabdominal cramping and diarrhea. I only ate a couple bites of the bowl, bad idea. Read more

The Ramen is really good. It's served with the contents of the bowl in a separate part over the hot broth. I got the Korean... spicy pork belly Ramen and it was really good. Read more

This place was good, but I had a few problems. To start, the atmosphere in there was fantastic. They had One Piece playing on... the TV and decor on the walls. The edamame was cold, but some people like it that way. The tonkotsu chicken ramen was good, butthe chicken was not very good and felt frozen. One of my bamboo shoots was hard, but the rest were cooked very nicely. The pricewas a bit much for what we got. Overall good, but not the best. I'll come back to see if it was a one off. Read more

I have been to Poke Cafe a few times now, and have enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. The One Piece themed walls are... adorable and fun, and add to the unique decor. The staff is very nice as well. The food here has been very fresh, including thelettuce and especially the fish. A lot of times places that serve poke charge an arm and a leg, but at Poke Cafe there's arewards program that is fairly easy to use and sign up for. You just plug in your phone number on the tablet whenever you comein (it has saved me a lot). I hope this place continues to do well. It's tucked away and delicious - one of my favorite placesto go to. Read more

Hubby has been craving Ramen for weeks, and we wanted a treat on this chilly winter night, so we got delivery via Ubereats. He... was so worried his meat would be overcooked but was willing to take the risk. I wanted sushi and a poke bowl because I am a pig,so I got the A1 combo and felt no shame. The Korean Spicy Ramen with pork belly arrived deconstructed to avoid the issue ofovercooking, which pleased hubby immensely. The broth was rich and loaded with spices. The pork was tender and flavorful. Hesaid it was spicy and delicious. The egg was the biggest surprise, and he said it really made the dish special. My GMC roll wassurprisingly spicy, with a chili heat from somewhere. So spicy, in fact, that I used the wasabi heat to counter the chili heat. The Taro milk tea was the perfect relief: sweet, cool, and creamy, with no Boba. Hubby always orders his Boba tea without theBoba, so he was happy to share some sips. It cooled his spicy tongue as well. The Rainbow poke bowl had krispies, which wereunexpected because apparently I didn't read the menu very closely. Good tuna, a little fishier than I prefer, and delicioussalmon. Masago is always appreciated, and mango brought sweetness and freshness while avocado added creamy richness. Eel sauceand spicy mayo sauce were served on the side so I could make it the way I like. I wanted the Volcano poke bowl, but it comes ongreens and not rice. I didn't think to see if you can swap it out, but I bet you can. But I am glad I didn't get it this timebecause the Rainbow bowl was a nice cooling foil to my spicy roll. Volcano bowl on rice will wait til next time. It probablywon't be long! Read more
