My issue is that when I am doing a pick up that I can not get on the inside to get my food. Or atleast have them bring it to the... door. I have to wait 57 minutes in a drive thru line for something I ordered 20 minutes before I got to the store. Then when Iknock repeatedly on the door because I have a sense of urgency, I am ignored. I pre-paid for a pickup order since going through their drive-thru always takes FOREVER. Apparently they were doing very minor... updates to the dining room and would not anyone inside. They forced everyone who was there for pick up to wait in thedrive-thru for nearly an hour while our food got cold. Read more

I walked in and there was an old lady who looked like the manager yelling at the people behind the counter saying how she was... fed up and going to quit. She used a lot of profanity and when I walked up to the counter she snarled and yelled for someoneelse to help me. I noticed her name is Hollena on the nametag and I promptly left because of the horrible attitude she has.Someone needs to fire her and get her replaced because of the bad attitude. Read more

The worst attitude I have ever received! The DT line was packed out so try to open the door to go in it was open so I took 2... steps and then literally got yelled at ?Its DT only? okay maybe she was tired of saying it. So we sit in line at the DT and itgot even worse! Kept asking is that it like we were bothering her and then when we asked for a few mins and asked some questionsit was short snappy one word answers with deep breathes being took after like we were bothering her. This location has to be the worst location in all of Charleston and its surrounding area. Everything I stop here they are always... out of supplies (napkins, food boxes, bags, sides, tenders) etc... today will be my last day stopping for sure even though thelocation is more convenient. There Management is horrible! I came through their drive thru for lunch today and was told by amanager on the other end of the speaker (Brenda) that they were out of everything except bone in chicken. She proceeded to tellme that all of their restaurants was out of everything except bone in chicken also. When I asked if they were discounting herresponse was no. At this point I was trying to figure out why the even open their restaurant today (and remembered that this wasAmerica) the home of the greed! Not that I really cared or was looking for a free meal, I was actually craving Popeyes today andwas extremely disappointed they was out of "almost" everything. I mean, I understand that things are tough for businesses rightnow and strongly feels that this a not a "hard time" nor "shortage" issue with this location. My opinion is simple. Thislocation lacks of a good management team! Me leaving this location and visiting the Dorchester road location proves my theory.I was able to order my lunch with no issues and most importantly they had everything in stock! Staff is slow and lacks any kind of enthusiasm or attention to detail! Service was leas than par! As a healthcare worker I... understand wait times and short staffing, however, over 45 minutes to stand in line and not even place an order is ridiculous! Ilove Popeyes chicken! Even as much to write the corporate and request they bring one back to my hometown! This Popeyes locationlacks drive, incentive, and any kind of direction!
