We went in for lunch and it was crazy. I felt bad for the gentleman behind the counter, I didn't catch his name. He was trying... to make things right and pretty much running the front on his own. I would give him 5 stars. His co-worker though, I have noidea if she was new or high as a kite. He ended up taking over her job and doing his! I was there yesterday ate a pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with 1 meatball And instantly got ?food poisoning? when I got home... couldn?t eat anything else! Woke up Sunday morning tossing and turning back&forth to the bathroom and vomiting! All I rememberseeing was the guy making the pizza wearing NO gloves I thought was absolutely nasty! And no excuse why you aren?t wearing them.I called the store Sunday afternoon to explain to the Manager and he didn?t seem to have a care in the World comparing Me toother people! I?m not Not other people! My body is different I?m a healthy young Woman and barely come to Northwoods mall! I didnot eat anything else on Yesterday because I was feeling bad!!! You can almost never go wrong with this place! The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff can be a hit or miss these days but... most of them are friendly. All in all it's one of my favorite pizza go to spots. Read more

Their pizza is good so we let the kids eat there just about every week. They?ve been slacking though so we may have to... reconsider. When we went today, they didn?t have sausage and it?s not like they were about to close. Last week it was a 25minute wait for two 1 topping pies. The week before they didn?t have any large boxes. 7-13-2016 my caregiver and I ate.here today. My pizza was ok. The service was ok.....My caregiver had the. Spaghetti.and... meatballs..the sauce was water it didn't even look or taste like tomatoes. The meatballs were gray and had no flavor...and thebreadsticks were not cooked all the way and didn't have any garlic. If you like cardboard fine but if you want Italian flavor gosomeplace else. Sbarro is a mall chain youll find at many malls around the country, one thing consistant is bland 3rd rate Spaghetti and pizza.... The spaghetti is like out of a can and pizza wigh a flavorless crust and like a cheap frozen in a box pizza. Now i have beenstuck in cities like Tucson Az, Seattle Wa. Sacramento Ca. Billings Mt.
