Waited almost an hour and $20 on cold food, just to still have to cook dinner when I got home. Soggy hotdog. Churros with no... cinnamon or sugar on them. Onion rings taste stale and are boarder-line burnt.. No marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks.Hilariously bad. Live under 10 minutes away, and will never be back. Expect over a 30 minute wait per car any time of day yougo. Understaffing isn?t even an excuse at that point. Enjoy a pic of my pesto pasta I decided to have instead of this garbage. Read more
Waited for 10 minutes saying hello in drive through with no response. We went across the street to arbys and they responded... saying they were busy wait one minute. The customer service at this Sonic was extremely bad because of the non response. We havea family of 8 and spend at least $80 + at these fast food places I don?t recommend this place at 811pm Read more

Very nice service. I went there to get my 5 year old son a kid's meal. The service was good. He enjoyed his food. The Driveway... is not extended truck friendly to get out of the main driveway. Read more
The team here is awesome. Every time I?m here, (which is often) the ladies that work here are so friendly. Great customer... service here which is sometimes hard to get at similar places. Can?t say enough good things, I hope they stick around. Read more
There is the worst wait imaginable at this sonic. You will sit at the drive-thru at least 5-10 minutes before someone comes on... the speaker. Then you'll wait another 10-20 minutes for just a plain drink (like tea or soda). Mind you, it is drive-thru only,no car hops. Need to call them, forget it! With this being located in the middle of a medical area, you think promptness wouldbe a priority, like it is for EVERY other restaurant. I started writing this review when I pulled up to the intercom, and I haveyet to be greeted. This is absurd and if this is the standard of this location, it needs a new manager or to be shut down. I didn't know the made drinks this big!! I was so excited I ordered the wrong drink! And the order taker was so good I ordered... the Coney in a regular size just to get something else. Oh and the mozzarella sticks for my kid! Read more
EDIT: They need to improve sanitary food prep. See attached. ORIGINAL: Wow. The customer service. Alisha just introduced... herself to me. She actually reads the reviews and we talked for several minutes. I am quite vocal on Google and this businessstands out in North Charleston by STANDING UP for what they believe in. They need improvement in some areas, and Alishaacknowledges it. One conversation with her and I am no longer worried. They will figure it all out, and I will keep comingback.
