When ordering online DON'T believe the estimated pickup time. You may want to add 30-45min just to be safe. Also, prepare to... crowd around the counter vying for their attention to see if your order is ready. No display to let you know if your order isready and they don't send you a notification over phone. When the wings are cooked well they are delicious! Looks like theychanged the Lemon Pepper seasoning. It taste more like a cheap, over salty dry rub, not good at all. But the Louisiana Rub isgreat, especially when the wings are crispy. When I arrived the lobby was packed with people complaining about not receiving Ranch dressing and them having to return. There... was liquid on the floor in several different areas and that was just the start. Once I finally received my food (after it wasordered online 20 minutes prior) I left out of the building to check my bag to make sure we had ranch and we didn't I went backin an waited for the dressing which took way to long but I got it an left. When I got home my family stated that the fries werecold and the wings were only 2 flavors (we asked for 3). We asked for Lemon pepper (10), Louisiana rub (20), Garlic andParmesan(10). We received 10 garlic & Parmesan & the rest was just plain wings. Then to make matters worse some of the wingswere undercooked. We had so much grease in the pan we were able to literally pour it out. We placed a corporate ordered to be delivered by Ubereats on Tuesday Oct. 28, 2022. There were six individual orders that was... placed, which was six separate lunch orders for six different people. Two people ordered bone-in wings and the other fourordered their lunches with boneless wings. Everyone requested fries and sweet tea with their meals . Please tell me why the bonewings were delivered in the same aluminum tray only separated by paper and not labeled. And to top it off there were no fries,zero fries. We spent over one hundred dollars And the manager didn?t even try to do anything to make it right. The Hawaiianwings that was ordered showed no sign of it being Hawaiian wings. If I could have gave a negative star rating, I would. Terrible service at this place. This was my very first time eating at this... establishment. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and 3 different associates came to the register and not one asked if Iwas helped. Then when I finally got served I asked the woman helping me for ranch for one of my orders and blue cheese for theother. After waiting 30 minutes for my order I asked again if they placed the right dressing with the right order just to findout they were out of ranch. Ok no big deal. What did it in with me was when I got home they only gave me half of what I ordered.Tried calling and speaking to a manager and was told on two occasions call back in 10 minutes. Read more
HONEST REVIEW. I've been here 3 times, ate here twice, and only one time they have not had what I have needed. staff sees... customers and rather than answer they just talk to each other to avoid us. fries should be blanched in advance. food is good andhot. establishment is fine and other than the stated this place has potential to be great. If I could give this establishment a 0 I would. The disrespect I have experienced today is completely unacceptable. I will tell... EVERYONE I KNOW not to spend their money here. I made an online order and when I picked it up it was cold. I asked for it to beremade. ?Courtney? proceeded to disrespect me as soon as she spoke. She asked me if I knew how to tell time. My order wassupposed to be picked up at 1:45. I was there at 1:47. She kept saying it?s cold because it?s almost 2pm. We had an intense backand forth exchange. She refused to give me a refund stating that I need to come back tomorrow. This has been the worstexperience and I will be reporting this to my local news. I will be making a big deal out of this. Dirty disgusting establishment. That?s the 1st thing I saw when I came to pick up food I ordered online . But that?s not all ,... I ordered my food at 12:15 and waited over a hour for them to make it . when I got there they tried to say they didn?t have myorder but then I showed them my order confirmation and she started to make it . There was over 15 people in the small buildingwaiting for food the music was so loud you could not understand the cashier ,it was so Smokey from someone burning oil and thepeople working were so rude when I told them I ordered my food over a hour ago they said the wait is long there was people thatcame in after me and ordered food and got it b4 me don?t waist your money here ! The chicken was ok today, last time it was really good, but today it was just ok. My Bosses lemon pepper chicken was wet. The... chicken had no taste, just sause pour on them. They really need a better fries recipe, they are cooked too long, too hard andthey suppose to be seasoned, I didn't even have any salt on my fries. Read more
