Downloaded the app and showed them at the window I had the app. Promo didn?t show up andthey told me I had to pay still. I left. I have dined at many Zaxbys but the last two trips to the one on University Blvd were terrible. Rude counter person who got 2 out of 2 items incorrect. Didn't listen or even look at us as She took the order. Acted like we... were inconveniencing her. Went in side to order food to go at 9 PM tonight and the manager was a complete jerk and quite unprofessional. She said she was... not going to overwork her employees and that we had to get back into our car then go through the drive-thru to get food. Myhusband asked her what was the difference and the dining room is open until 10 PM. She just walked away. This is unacceptable!!!Back in the days we all worked in fast food we always had to serve anyone who walked in and especially if the sign was on.Customer service is no more in our country!! Wonder if we were discriminated against because we are white!! They had plenty ofstaff and flat out refused to take our order inside!!!
