I?ve spent thousands of dollars at Wingstop can?t wait till open my own
My Orders are always wrong. Always forgetting my fries and dips i pay for. Incompetent manager who wouldn't redo my order after... they messed up and i found a bug on my boneless hot lemon just cuz its doordash. 2nd shift is full noise loud music unstructuredwith minors. Noticed male employees smoking on the job out front while i waited for my food. Hot mess!! The worst employeeswith no customers skills. I ordered using the wing stop app and even received texts messages saying it was the way. After not arriving at the posted time,... I called ten minutes later and was told it was just picked up to be delivered. Still no delivery. Called again after 15 minutesand was told it should be there any time. Even the text message said driver almost there. No delivery. Called the store yetagain to resolve. Asked if they could just redo the order and I would pick up. He would have to check with manager and call meback. No call back. I call again and was told can't redo order and would receive a refund instead. Almost 2 weeks later, norefund. Contacted Corp. The boneless wings are good. The bone-in a little over cooked, and okay. Please train your staff to be a little more customer... focused and friendly. Though pricey, add a few more pieces, you may bring in that customer who can have this meal during theweek as you know your only real competition is on the corner. Read more
So I brought $37.42 worth wing stop last night and I always go to this location versus the one on Lewis in Waukegan since I... thought the food presentation looked better and chicken was fully cooked. However last night I wasted my money chicken wasn?tfully cooked, the fries weren?t cooked at all and to top it off I asked for lemon pepper and none was even on it. The poor chicken was over cook. I had a menu for 2 Barbeque flavor and the lemon pepper. Flavors were very good... Price was... reasonable $23. Read more
