Great staff! I placed an online order and caused a bit of confusion (completely my fault), and the gentleman that I spoke to on... the phone was completely patient, polite, and gracious. I?m grateful for him! Also, when we arrived to pick up our food myhusband went inside to get it, but a gentleman brought it to the car within just a couple of minutes after we parked; it mayhave been the same man that I talked to on the phone. Food was good. Drinks were good. Britt was amazing. She ran her bar with pride and a smile. She was super friendly and helpful.... She made recommendations and made no excuses... So first off, Mark in the bar is awesome. He was fun and considerate to everyone there. I'd say his experience helped make... things go smoothly, anticipating needs and all. We enjoyed our food, the chicken sandwich and grilled balsamic was heavenly. 99overall never let's me down, and I was glad happy to go here after trying the "other" busy restaurant just up the road that hada 30 min wait. I absolutely love the food and the people there. They have top notch service, excellent leadership and even most of the... customers are just as friendly. They have awesome regulars that are always a pleasure to see and speak with. I can honestly saythat in this current economic climate, the team is still strong and driven. This establishment focuses on not just the customersbut the employees. My family and I stopped here to eat after having a birthday day for my daughter at Story Land, and I'm so glad we did! Isabelle... / Isabella was our server. She was so nice and welcoming. I've been to a few restaurants in this chain, and this is one of the good ones. The staff was pleasant, the tables clean, and... the portions large. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of what we ordered for our salads, and they were generous withwhat they gave us. Kitchen service was quick and the hot items were hot. However, I did wish that they gave me more chicken withmy salad, though I found it to be adequate. Read more
