Unkept shop, dirty and dark. Three staff members look depressed. Needs a total makeover
No customers when we arrived, staff looked bored. Shop is scruffy and rest rooms a mess.

Old cones, inadequate staff, no bathrooms for paying customers because they?re still playing the covid scam where the customers... pay more and get less, they just don?t want to clean them basically. Walked in and nobody was in there except me and my party and the three teenage girls working there. waited till she asked me... what i wanted and it was a solid 30 seconds. I told her what i wanted and she looked at another co worker and give her like thedirtiest look. Read more
Ben and Jerry's is and always will be a staple of the great New England. This shop is no exception. Best ice cream out there and... you know they really care about both your health, and the environment because of how much organic and issue free ingredientsthey put into their ice cream. It feels homemade but so much better. If you've never been you are missing out! Read more
Let's face it, the only reason you come to a Ben & Jerry's is to eat ice cream. That's all you can really do here. Its a small... space, but there is some seating and a small bathroom of you need it. But the ice cream is delicious. A few of us got wafflebowls for our ice cream and they were made fresh. Slightly warm, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Lots of flavorsto choose from and the price is reasonable. Read more
