The food was fantastic. I ordered the orange maple salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The Brussels sprouts that it came with... was tasty. The rest of my party ordered the Apple Salad and Portabella mushroom sandwich and they were both well prepared. Wehad an appointment after dinner and they had our orders prepared quickly. Service was efficient and courteous. I feel bad forthe owner of this place since the person who was in charge of the tables had no idea how to give estimates. They turned away afew customers claiming 1-2 hr wait yet when several customers finished their dinners at the same time, they were left with anempty restaurant. We have eaten here many times and have not received a bad meal yet. We stopped by for lunch, I had the hummus wrap and spouse... had the strawberry spinach salad that he said was excellent. Definitely recommend! Read more
If you are in the mood to try something different this is the spot. However, not kid friendly because they don't have a kids... menu and the options that kids may like it's limited. It took alittle long for our food to come but it was good. The oysterswere fresh and went down pretty easy. The tuna taco w/ fried avocado was really good, but the tuna stakes are cooked rare, ifyou don't like it red ask for well done. The steak frites was good as well. This was our second time here and both time the food tasted amazing, we had a really good time. Every item has a little twist to... it which makes it unique, we love it. Our party of 6 was told to come here by a local. Boy am I glad we did! Everything was just so delicious. The oysters were yummy,... and went down smoothly. The drinks looked tasty. Chef's Bistro was probably the best meal we had this weekend on our ski trip get away to North Concor, NH. Why ? Well from the... moment we step to the restaurant everyone was super friendly and warm. The waiters was super friendly and she knew the menu verywell. She told us about the specials and welcome us. We had soups to start and it was homemade with fresh and tendervegetables. For diner I had the vegetarian meatloaf and my girlfriend the sole grill fish. The food was made with pride andserved with kindness. I'm not a dessert person but my girlfriend is, so we try the Chocolate carot cake. It was by far the bestcake I ever had. It was not super sweet and overwhelming with flavor like usual desserts are , this one was light and smooth anddelicious. We definitely coming back for more. Read more
Food was fine. The ingredients is great and excellent, but the cooking of the ingredients left a bit to be desired. Ordered... steak frites. The fries are excellent, but the meat is bit too charred on outside and not cooked evenly between me and mypartner. The salad was also excellent, the ingredients definitely fresh because I could taste the sweetness and crisp texture ofthe salad. The clam chowder we both had, also have similar problem. The ingredients are excellent, but the chowder is way toowatery, and the seasoning was salt heavy without much cream taste. Read more
