7 days a week they have closed signs on door with 6+ workers. The front door is always locked but the back door isn?t. Rude/ non... working employees. Always feel like I?m a burden being there. I ordered lunch for 17 and paid for it over 48 hours in advance. When I went to pick up the order NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE. It... was closed. No explanation, no notice, nothing. Scrambling to find lunch for 17 on a Monday at noon was an absolute nightmare. Don't waste your time here...go to Jalisco's (a few blocks away) which is locally owned and operated, delicious and will neverlet you down. I should have gone there first. Ugh. Read more

As a local, it?s hard to find quick and easy lunch and dinner options on a whim. This location is constantly closed when it says... they?re open online. It?s quite frustrating as the options we have in the valley for lunch out are slim. When they are open,it?s usually great service and good food, but the inconsistency with the hours and the miscommunication considering their hoursis extremely unprofessional. Worst Chipotle we've been to, and we have loved Chipotle for years. Tried it a couple times hoping the first experience was an... exception, unfortunately not. They don't ever have ice tea made, have been out of white rice both times I went and the meatclearly had been out for at least the full day, if not a couple days. Really shocking how bad it is, hope Corporate will step inand get them in line. The good news is Luchador Tacos is right down the road and is much better. Read more

I love Chipotle overall, decent place to get quick? lunch! That particular place was horrible, extremely slow and unorganized.... Employees were arguing upfront of customers who has to do what..Even though, there was up to 10 people in the line, I took me 30mins to get my plate..with undercooked rice in it..Very disappointed! This location is not consistent with portions. Have been a few times. This experience, the food was not hot or generous for the... price.
