Employees too busy talking amongst themselves. I waited 10 minutes for a small coffee, watching the girl making my coffee... getting distracted the whole time chatting with other employees. Perhaps it was only a problem with her, because the peoplebehind me had a different order taker and got their coffee way before I did. We went in to get out iced coffee after Donation of blood and told them no sugar it could make us fairly sick and sure enough... half the bottom of the cups were filled with sugar. When we went to show them they walked away and refused to notice my husband.He walked over to the pick up area where he waited almost 5 mins for someone to notice him and got attitude but they werefinally made right. waited in line for 25 minutes. ordered 2 coffees. was asked what we want in our coffee, I said "just half and half" finally got... our coffees only to discover they were half regular. and half decaf. no creamer in them. we had already left before we opened thso we didn't go back. this waitress was new.
