Employees too busy talking amongst themselves. I waited 10 minutes for a small coffee, watching the girl making my coffee... getting distracted the whole time chatting with other employees. Perhaps it was only a problem with her, because the peoplebehind me had a different order taker and got their coffee way before I did. We went in to get out iced coffee after Donation of blood and told them no sugar it could make us fairly sick and sure enough... half the bottom of the cups were filled with sugar. When we went to show them they walked away and refused to notice my husband.He walked over to the pick up area where he waited almost 5 mins for someone to notice him and got attitude but they werefinally made right. waited in line for 25 minutes. ordered 2 coffees. was asked what we want in our coffee, I said "just half and half" finally got... our coffees only to discover they were half regular. and half decaf. no creamer in them. we had already left before we opened thso we didn't go back. this waitress was new. The trainer at the counter was very rude. And she snapped at my mother who is deff and trying to make sure she got what she... wanted. The trainer kept being mean. And rude so bad that we almost left. The poor trainees who have to work under her need toget a new trainer fast. If I could give a review to that trainer a 0. To just her I would. 0 all around. Restroom was filthy, there was vomit on the floor and toilet seat. Orders were wrong for other customers, worker brushed it off... by saying "okay?". Worker was rude to customers and trainees alike. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Did not know aboutproducts they were selling. Workers name was Cassandra,, very unprofessional, very rude. There are only a few elements to get right about a Dunkin, which are service, speed, and quality of the product. I found the... staff to be pleasant, and the speed of service to be quite brisk, but the iced offee wasn't up to snuff compared with otherestablishments. It was overly sugary. Besides that, their hot coffee was prepared well, and was satisfied with that. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever. Manager us rude and unfriendly. Owner has a stupid rule that doesn?t allow orders inside YET you can?t place... 2 orders through the drive thru because he thinks his staff is too stupid to process two separate orders. Save yourself theheadache, go to Starbucks or a different Dunks. Read more
