I was chastised at the window for not submitting my mobile order far enough in advance for the drive through. Never mind that if... I were to pull into the drive through and give my order at the speaker, they would have it ready at the window when I pull up.There?s no logic behind it, and when explaining this line of thinking, I was told ?that?s just not how we do it.? Frustratingexperience from a rude employee. Not to mention, I?ve visited on multiple occasions and wait times are consistently extremelylong. Yes. Starbucks employees at this location need complete retraining. Ordered mango dragonfruit refresher which I have ordered... over 100 times. They gave me water with ice with 2 drop of mango syrup as the location had run out of the dragonfruit. Employeeswere arguing with me that I should accept the way they gave me the drink. Had to talk to manager to return ?water? drink. Read more
I have many images posted of Starbucks and I visit virtually ever morning at 6 AM. First, the is a time error. Starbucks is... open EVERY morning at 6:00 AM and NEVER at 5:30 AM. Many visitors rely on the corporate site and are surprised when they arriveat 5:30 AM. Morning staff is particularly great and I know everyone. For me, opening and staying for an hour is quiet time andusually they're aren't many customers excluding during periods during summer vacation. Everyone has a special beverage and mineis iced cold brew with cold foam topping; it's only 40 calories. My only issue is with the facility and that is NOT under thecontrol of the employees. I go here daily. Sometimes the Coffey varies from day to day. The lids love to fly off leaving your coffee in your lap. Food is... subpar, taste like microwaved frozen food. What can I say. I'm addicted to the coffee and that's pretty much why I go Read more
