Went in to get 2 subs, for my dad and I, on the first sub, the girl with brown hair told me that I couldn?t get salt and pepper... on my sub because they didn?t have any, even though I saw they had it, It didn?t matter to me so I didn?t say anything. Thenwhen I told her there was another sub she told me she couldn?t make me another sub. I asked why not and she told me she can?tput 2 subs on the same transaction. They forgot half our order. Ordered a foot long bacon chicken ranch and the bacon wasn?t fully cooked and the chicken was... shredded chicken my daughters sub also wasn?t fully cooked. Attempted to call the store multiple times during business hours toaddress the situation and no one answers. Filed a complaint with the corporate office and yet to get a response. Wont be back tothis location or any other Subway. Read more
Went in and ordered a Cold Cut Combo. This kid who didn?t look old enough to even be working there just put like 8 pieces... bologna on a roll. I asked him what else went on it, and he insisted it was just bologna. I told him I didn?t think it was, andthat I didn?t want it if he was only going to make a bologna sandwich. He got absolutely furious and made a dramatic scene aboutthrowing it in the trash, so we left and went to McDonald?s. Cannot recommend. Read more
Went there with a few friends, all incompetent literal child staff (all teenagers, not a single adult on the premises) who yell... and moan about everything. Every worker was sitting outside vaping and screaming, on what I assume was not their break as theywere going in and out to take orders. We went inside and there was zero ingredients for anything. No bread, no cheese, no meat,scarce vegetables. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. 2 stars for the kid there who didn?t treat us like total garbage. Read more
They charged full price for a specialty sandwich even when they don?t have the special ingreds, like avocado and fresh... mozzarella. The loser kid who made my sandwich put on the skimpiest squirt of Mayo. It was a terrible dry expensive sandwichthat I was too hungry not to eat and I have learned my lesson. Got to this subway at 8:30pm when they are clearly open until 9. After driving almost 4 hours from NY, we open the door to be... yelled at from the counter ?We?re done?. I?m just so frustrated with this terrible service. I can say we don?t have service likethis back home. Don?t recommend this place at all. Read more
We ordered a meatball foot long and got 4 meatballs on the entire thing. That's pretty sad. We won't be ordering via mobile... again because apparently you have to watch them put a sub together for it to be done correctly. The black forest sandwich wasfine everything was perfect, portions were great. Dunno if two different people made our food or what happened. Read more
If the people working there would greet the customers and wait on them instead of texting on their phones. I think the store... manager mite need a little training on how to take an order instead of texting on her phone that mit help the store. If yourlooking for better service try another food shop.
