Our dinners and service were absolutely wonderful. We had made reservations and I noticed empty tables. I asked the waiter if... they were not booking 100% of the tables, knowing very well every business is struggling to get help, and affordable housing isan issue. Our waiter confirmed my thoughts, saying they would rather customers have a wonderful dining experience so theyknowingly not booking to full capacity to ensure great service and dining to the customers. The staff was very busy, everyonehelping to keep the service great, the bartenders were helping to deliver food to tables, such a wonderful team effort,wonderful food and outstanding service! Had an 8pm reservation. Was seated and waited 20min for a waiter to even address us. I then had to flag someone and ask for... water and drinks and quickly submitted appetizer. We received our appetizer, with no drinks or plates, ate it out of its dish.Then ordered food and was served 1 HOUR after ordering!! Ordered a side of pasta ? no meat ? and was charged $17!! Vito himselfwas walking around taking pictures with no care to the service clearly! Add that everything we ordered was drowned in parmigiancheese!! What a waste ? Olive Garden could do better!! They have a big parking lot and that really helps on busy weekends. We didn't have reservations and they told us it would be a... two hour wait. That was not a problem because we walked around town which was nice. We were seated at the bar and the bartenderwas very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good advise on what to order. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Wewill definitely be back next time we are in town. Read more
Excellent authentic Italian food with an extensive variety of choices for vegan, vegetarian or carnivore alike. We sat outside... under a tent which was surrounded by beautiful flowers in a fountain with stringing lights. It was a beautiful setting for awonderful dinner. Read more
We didn?t have reservations but they made a table for us so we could get drinks!! So nice of them and a plus was how good... everything was! Sister got the espresso martini and we split the cAnoli cake just delicious!! Read more
We ordered takeout and did catering for 50 ppl. They are amazing ---- the food, the people! Some of the best pasta I've had -... esp the bologonese and ghili marcello (the tulip pasta is fun). Everyone loved the pasta primavera too with its large amt ofveggies. Ordering catering online made my life so easy and the prices were very transparent along with serving sizes. One weekadvance notice is all you need. I had to adjust my order down and they were more than accommodating as well as dietaryrestrictions like gluten free and vegan. I had a hard time finding catering/restaurant in North Conway that doesn't cost me$40pp+ that wasn't cold sandwiches (~$15 pp here + drinks=$22pp) . I'm always eerie on pasta since that seems way too common andfood is always ehhh .. but Vito proved me wrong. They're worth it! Everything comes hot - we left it in an unturned on oven tokeep warm for 1 hour and then put it onto chafing water bath for the rehearsal dinner. Ordered 3 full pans of pasta with halfpan leftover -- that's a win. I had my friend pick it up and they said they were super nice about loading it into their carsand all. The salad and their dressing is yumm. The only thing I was so-so on was the tiramisu -- not mascarpone cheese -- morelike a whip cream/fluff sort of. It was decadent. Lots of selection and very generous portions. Service was very friendly. Family each had a separate dish and every loved what... they had, we shared tastes with one another so can confirm everything was delicious. Also recommend saving room for desert.While we are not from the area and only vacationing, we will definitely consider coming back the next time we are in town. Read more
AUTHENTIC Italian food. This was more than an anniversary dinner for us. It was an experience. We had Veal Parmigiano and Veal... Piccata. Food was so delicious and the service was wonderful. Read more
