Good cheap drinks, 1/2 priced appetizers, Food is okay but you have to remember it?s Applebee?s not a five star restaurant lol.... The bourbon chicken and shrimp was actually really good. Not super big though so get an extra side or an appetizer with itdepending on your appetite. We came twice this weekend, Mainly because of the cheap drinks. I took my client for dinner, we both ordered Ceaser Salads, mine came, hers didn't, it took almost a half hour for her to get... hers, then our meals come and I'm supposed to have green beans and get mashed potatoes, we were never offered steak sauce, ourwaitress never came and checked on us once, never asked if we were ok or liked our meals, and when I repeatedly had to ask forthe things we were supposed to have, she had an attitude because I want what I ordered. Place is horrible lately. We go every few weeks. The last few times have made us decide to not go again. Last night we saw our... waitress 2x during the hour we were there. Once to take the order and once to give the bill. I told the waitress when she cameto give the bill that one of the plates tasted absolutely rancid. It was clear that it was not touched except for one bite. Herresponse was "oh okay, here's your bill". The second issue was the chicken was literally rock hard. I have a video of me tryingto stick a fork in it over 20x and the fork just bounced off of it because how hard it was. Was never asked to refill our drinkswhich we wanted to order second alcoholic beverages, and the little tablet at our table was broken. The kitchen can't even makesimple things that you just deep fry right and the wait staff sits in the back screaming and talking about customers so loudlywe could hear it at our table. Read more
I have to say , usually Applebee's is my favorite chain restaurant. But I was super disappointed tonight, the staff was... definitely lacking any decent customer service skills, the management could've been more productive, maybe tucked his shirt in,grill cooks could be heard yelling in the kitchen. Our appetizers came out 10 mins after our meals, the plates were wrongtoppings wise, condiments, etc. Cold fries, ordered fried with bacon and cheese, which was their upseller, but only got a clumpof cold cheese on cold fries. Use to love this place... now they NEVER get the order right. Even when the reciept is right they make them wrong. My fav food... use.to be the Chix wonton tacos but I get them with out slaw or.cilantro....everytime they put one of those ingredients on it..and the wonton shells use.to be light and crispy now they are severely over cooked in old oil.... its sad Read more
Middle of the road overall. Friendly server and staff, decent food and reasonably priced. Not the cleanest chain I have been to,... table was not full clean when seated, menus did not feel clean, little kiosk at the table screen dirty and di not work. Worst ofall the beer did not seem cold enough, it was cold but NOT COLD. Really, middle of the road experience. Read more

Staff is incredible, but the food has gone down hill, or rather, down sized...a lot. I think I got two mushrooms on my Bourbon... chicken, with quarter-sized shrimp, and DO NOT order the new Neighbor Burger. It's two mini burgers on a bun. Seasonal alcoholicdrinks were great though! Probably a fun place after work with some appetizers and beers, but for my family, it wasn't worth it. Read more
