I went yesterday for a family dinner. The waitress in question was very kind and polite. The buffet food was delicious, and the... meats too. The only thing I ask for anyone who wants to go to this restaurant is to always go on an empty stomach! If you'vehad a good meal in the day and decide to go there at night, it might not be worth it, because the meat is too satiating in thestomach and you'll end up not eating. But if you do like me, who spent a whole day without eating anything and broke my fast forit, the price will be VERY worth it! for real. Read more
First time here, we had a party of 9 sit down for dinner. Once we were all seated at the table with sides and had a round or two... of meat choices we noticed an amazing wooden plank wall that was right on the side of us along with a MOUSE! The mouse wascoming out of a hole in the wooden plank wall he ran up the side of it n was hanging on to the cabinet on the wall for dearlife! We then moved over a seat away from the wall and brought this to the waitresses attention as well as ask for the bill. Thewaitress who was very kind told a manager. This is where it got worse the first manager came out and asked us if we were sureas he did not see it? The second manager then came out with a 20% off card to go back at another time. As if we would! Weconsistently kept asking for the bill as we just wanted to leave at this point however we just kept getting asked if we wouldlike more meat! Have been to the Brazilian Grill many times . It is usually very good, but we did not have very good luck Friday night. We sat... for over 20 minutes before anyone came over with any type of food. Our waitress was excellent. We had a manager come to thetable , we told her what we would like, still no one came. If it wasn't for the waitress I don't know when anyone would of comeover. Steak was not as good as it usually is. They had it on a tray and it was not very good. It was all dried up. The pineappledid not taste like it use to. I realize everyone is short of help , but then don't take as many customers. It wasn't even thatbusy. I also feel when you sit in the back , you do not get good service . Again our waitress was excellent , so she is not toblame at all. Management needs to change some things or they will loose business. I am in no hurry to return. Read more
When I arrived at the restaurant the entrance needs updating doors replacement needs good power wash the entrance too dirty... ! The food was amazing waiters were great . Need to be more clean outside and the entrance need big time improvement ! I hopey’all read this and the fixes the issues. But in all amazing food. People amazing Read more
Lunch promo on the weekdays Monday - Friday from 11:30am - 3:30pm for $19.95 is a bargain. With all the different meats and... buffet bar selections, you can't go wrong coming here for lunch. Well worth it and never dissatisfied. Leaving with a fullstomach as you get all you can eat. You have to try it if you never been. Meat lovers dream. Read more
Raw steak and no taste !!!!! We were there for less than 10 minutes when we told the manager we were not happy with the taste of... the meat. The waitress was rude and the manager pilipe charged us for the soda that we did not drink!! We told the manager andwaitress that we did not like it and that maybe it just wasn’t for us before we wasted any food once we took one bite of thesteak. 20$ for nasty meat I don’t think so never again Read more
First time there today, food was great, buffet had good options, meats were amazing. Carly was our waitress, she was really... pleasant and had a great energy. Brought out ice cream and a candle and sang happy bday with us to our son :) it was so sweet,thanks Carly! Read more
We dined at the Brazilian Grill for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our time... there. I gave four stars because finding a parking spot was a bit challenging. Once inside, the floors are really slippery andour table could have been cleaned better. The buffet and salad bar left much to be desired and there were fruit flies hangingaround some of the food. However, even with a full house, we were seated immediately and our waitress Kelly was awesome andattentive. The gaucho servers kept the meats (mostly steak choices) coming and they were all delicious and well cooked. We leftfull and satisfied and will definitely visit again soon! Read more
