Had a great experience when we went, our server Emma was beyond polite & very attentive. She was great with my not so quiet kids... also. The food was good. Would come here again ! Thanks friendlys for caring about hiring great staff ! Wish more restaurantswould do the same. Read more
I'd like to start off by saying I am VERY lenient when it comes to any waitstaff. I am a bartender/server myself so I completely... get it. I went for dinner with my son (4) and my boyfriend, we stood up front for about 5 minutes while 8 different employeesstood around the counter completely ignoring us. When we finally sat, we looked at the menu, and sat for another 15 minutesbefore anyone even approached us. Our server (Emma) grabbed our drink orders, and food order. We then sat for ANOTHER 20 (atleast) minutes with no drinks. It got to the point I had to get up, find our server and ASK for our drinks. Our food didn't comeout until about 45 minutes later, which was a cheeseburger and a honey bbq melt. My boyfriends bbq melt was absolutelydisgusting, the chicken looked old on the inside. She did not once check on us or ask how the food was, so I wasn't able tobring up the chicken. I had to ask for the check when she dropped off the food because I did not want to wait another 20minutes for it. She was polite herself but the service in general was very bad. It seems like EVERY TIME I go to this locationI have a terrible experience but this one just tops it and I can say I will never be returning. Not to mention the table behindus was also extremely angry, and it was a completely different waitress. The waitress was a littke blah with smile but very smart took our order without pen and pad icecreams for 5 of us all diffrent... and im a little difficukt had a bannana split but changed all toppings and affed diffrent syrups order came out right thetoppings of m/ms in my daughter icecream were not real they were extra large and not so tasty but other thsn that it wasdelicious it was clean but someone left cleaner/ broom in middle of small iske with seating the whole time we were eating and weshoukd of been seated in a bigger booth across from us the booths wete larger my kids had no elbow room trying to color and thantrying to eat but still gace 4 star those minor changed would of made a 5star rating all in all a good place ro enjoy dessert Read more
Excellent waitress! I wish I recalled her name because she certainly deserves some recognition for her attentive skills and... tolerance. My 5 star rating certainly was based on @ Least 4.8 of them being her impeccable friendly service while alsomaintaining a full section of customers during a lunch rush ! Read more
Out of all the Friendly's around the southcoast area this Friendly's of Dartmouth Massachusetts is by far one of my favorites.... They have excellent, quick, and friendly staff along with perfectly cooked food. I've been a Friendly's fan for years but outof all my visits I've basically never had a issue at this location and always enjoy my food and the atmosphere with localpictures on the wall to all new flooring and paint job throughout the dining rooms. My waitress not only remembered what meand my family ordered without writing it down but also made sure our drinks stayed refilled and our food was made tosatisfaction. o yea, she also let me customize (pick) my ice cream and toppings which came out exactly how I was hoping itwould. Overal, I give this Friendly's a 10/10 compared to the rest near by and I'm thankful that this one is the one closest tohome for me. Read more
This food was so underdone I was unable to eat my meal. The fact that this was allowed to even leave to restuarant to be... delivered makes me never want to order food from this location ever again, and truth be told, I had really loved friendlys. Thisis the second time I've received inedible food and I'm pretty sure I'm all set with friendlys at this point. Read more
