The new paper menus SUCK!!! Instead of the large, laminated menu, they now have paper with very light print. Sure, they have a... QR code that you can scan with your cellphone which is supposed to bring you to the website, but if that doesn't work, and youcan't see... it's a struggle just to order. And the online option doesn't just give you a menu, but makes you go through thesteps of placing an order. Total PITA. I ended up using my camera to look at the menu, at 4x magnification. Makes reading a 4"wide blurb a chore. The chicken parm pasta was alright, although it had a bit of a bitter taste to it. I'm not sure if it wasthe frying oil, the acidity in the sauce (which was barely enough to cover the small cutlet)... or a combination of the 2. Iwon't be ordering that ever again. Read more

I love this location and my girls do too. We decided to go to TGI Friday’s for dinner. We arrived and greeted by the waitress... who sat us. Professional and friendly, she took our drink order and returned shortly. We placed our appetizer order of the triosamplers. Chicken, Potato Skins and Pretzel Bites. For our meals we ordered the Rib Plate, again cooked perfectly and tasty. Mydaughters order the Burgers with fries and they enjoyed each bite. Got the steak and it was so overcooked I couldn't eat it, save your money and spend it somewhere better. The staff is very... friendly and she removed the food from the bill because I didn't eat it but I probably won't go back ever again. I got a bacon burger which was on the menu for about $14 and substituted onion rings for the fries. That costs extra. Imagine my... disappointment when my plate showed up with only FOUR onion rings on it. I paid EXTRA for THAT!?!? Service was slow, and thefood wasn't even brought out by our waiter, it was brought out by the girl who seated us. I will NOT be returning to thisFridays in Dartmouth. Read more

I had such a great experience today! I am a regular here but today I met a phenomenal bartender Jordan Lopes and wonderful... manager named Manny. The customer service was on point and it was a welcoming environment for everyone in the restaurant. I willdefinitely come more often and recommend them to other to come visit this restaurant! I used to love Fridays. The Jack Daniel's burger with my go-to order. Without its name brand it's just the whiskey bourbon... Burger still the same great taste. I asked for it medium and got it well done. I didn't bother complaining the wait staff wasfriendly but it did take forever to get the meal seems like there's a disconnect in the kitchen. This is the second time I'vebeen here recently and the food has been underwhelming. May your experience be better than mine... Read more

Asked for 2 well done burgers and both were red and they gave me bad lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing looked edible. Kid asked me... can you never order from here again please. Read more

Horrible service! Both we ordered both steaks medium and they made it well done. When we tell the manager, Edwin, he was very... rude and claimed that a medium steak it’s not supposed to have any pink. He was extremely rude, and gave me a horribleexperience. He also refuses on remaking my order and took my plate back to the kitchen. What a waste of time and food! Read more
