Location is convenient. However when ordering drinks there are too many inconsistencies. One day a frozen coffee is good with a... full cup. My coffee is never made right, always way too much ice, food sometimes wrong also. Not happy with this location.
I have to go to this dunkins cuz its the only one on my way to work and I ordered a coffee medium ice hazelnut swirl 6 and 6 and... they made it French vanilla swirl even tho the sticker says hazelnut swirl. So I ask to have it remade and the woman gives me anattitude and asks if it was made there. I never had someone ask me that before. Very rude and unprofessional. I always haveissues at that dunkins. I go out of my way every weekday by 10 minutes to come to this DD. The employees are always so nice and helpful! The coffee is... very good and as I order on my app, Its so quick and convenient. Seriously, I work directly across the street from a DD andSTILL come over here. Well worth the travel!! Read more
My dad and i just went here at like 12:10 and it was the best thing ever. We have been here before and the frozen drinks have... been melted and flavorless when this time the ice hadn't melted and it was all chopped up with no huge chunks of ice and wasmixed well. It was decent for a bit. But same afternoon crew the older woman that talks loudly about their personal problems throughout the... building doesn?t make sitting in for a few mins very enjoyable. Now I noticed pricing has gone up only at this specific one. I?mall set with this location for good. They?re charging over a dollar more for sandwiches and 50 cents more for hash browns thanpretty much every other one. Over 5 bucks for a microwaved egg and cheese here. I can go to another Dunkin up the road get thatsame sandwich and hasbrowns and still pay LESS than at this one just for the single sandwich. And not just those items, prettymuch everything on the menu is more inflated at this one. At that point I can go to Alice?s down the road and get an actualfreshly made sandwich for literally the same price now, and that?s what I?ll certainly be doing. Also every single time I get afrosted donut at this one, I?ll receive it frosting side down in the bag. No effort at all and complete incompetence.
