The restaurant was dirty and the staff was rude! They had offers on their board they refused to honor and then they claimed my... app code for Burger King also wouldn't work. Not only did I wait for WAY LONGER than I should have, but my food was terrible and the staff at this location (North East) is... horrible. They're rude & always complaining about customers coming to that establishment and having to make their orders.Where's your management @? Last time I checked, BURGER KING is a FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, so if you're employed by them & don'twant to make orders or deal with customers, then you might want to find another job that suits you and your horrible attitude.No wonder they're replacing real ppl with self-service kiosks. I love BK's food but with a staff like that, I won't be spendingmy money there anymore. Read more
I wish I had ordered my burger fresh made they tend to think that they can cook them all at one time and then serve them up for... the rest of the week. Burger was half spoiled the salad was oh my God and the customer service well it's a Burger King come onwe would service you except for you're not really one of our friends were giving a special deal to you're just somebody whowalked in the door. Customer service was mediocre at best, but food came out quickly, hot, and correct. We dined it and the main issue was... cleanliness. While the ladies bathroom wasn?t too shabby, the Mens bathroom smelled and was filthy with sticky floors. Thedining area could use some serious work in reference to dust and dirt. Directly above the tables are modern hanging lights thatare completely covered in over an inch thick of dust and cob webs. Pretty unappetizing to eat under the risk of fallen dust anddebris. Windows and windowsills next to the tables were no better. Employees had time to stand around and shoot the breeze butno time to dust the dining area? If there?s time to lean, there is time to clean. I got good news and bad news...good news is that Burger King here is using this system to keep track of orders and I like it and... think it is really neat! They number your drinks and sammies with the order number so you get all your stuff. The other goodthing was that everyone I came into contact with was really nice! The bad news...someone does NOT like to make Spicy Ch'Kingsammies....mine was a huge mess. Read more
The most delicious meat less burger one can only get at Burger king. Parking is always available you can eat in or take out and... they have clean bathrooms if your a Vet there are special benefits eating from here. I love Burger King for the past 32 years.YEAH.????????. Read more
Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich only that's all ..she says pull around and we will bring it out .10 minutes later I go... inside and get it ..why don't you have chicken ready drive thru was the best thing about it she was nice . Read more
