I placed a mobile order tonight. When we picked it up to take home from the drive-thru, I checked our bags, and we were missing... 2 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets (spicy). We had to go in and get them. When we got home and started opening everything, Iwas extremely angry to see that the Double Pretzel Pub burgers (2 of them) I ordered were just regular bacon cheeseburgers withbarbeque sauce...no pretzel bun, no cheese sauce, no crispy onions, only 1 burger patty (the bun got mushy on mine, so my doggot it). The nuggets we ordered that they left off before were NOT the spicy ones we ordered...just plain. The chili cheesebaked potatoes (x2) were ordered with bacon on them...no bacon was on them. I figure that this place took a good bit of mymoney for the left off/wrong items. This is the very LAST time I go here. I figured it would be better after the remodel,since it was never the best Wendy's, but it was even worse. This place proves why fast food workers don't earn a $15/hrsalary...they can't even get your order right, and it was a mobile order, so it wasn't like you had an issue with not being ableto hear the order, or understand the order through the squawk box! This place is literally incapable of EVER getting an order correct. Guess I literally have to open my actual food to check if... they got my burger correct. I ordered a bourbon barbecue burger and got just a regular bacon cheeseburger with mayo. Not tomention if you ask for sauce you more than likely won?t get it. Read more

The staff was rather dull. The first one who took the money in the drive through never smiled once and the second one basically... opened the window and handed me my food and shut the window immediately with no greeting, smile or have a nice day. Read more

Never ever had gotten food this burned and dry before. Tastes like burnt scrapings off of a grill and can?t even chew through... the meat. It?s extremely tough and dry and not edible. So disappointed. Can?t even eat them Read more
I NEVER FEEL THE NEED TO REVIEW BUT 0 stars IF I COULD. The lemonade was ALCOHOLIC it was SO fermented. My frosty was sour. AND... MY PATTY WAS Disgusting!!! Idk if pictures would even describe but it is so hard and thin- not even edible. Everything about myorder was gross and wrong. My frosty I?m not even touching because it?s sour. So very very disappointed- and sick. 9 monthspregnant, I think 1 sip of the lemonade gave me a head rush and definitely came RIGHT back up. Nasty. Had to swing around cuzsome of the order was wrong, oh and shocker I didn?t get a receipt(figures). I want all of my money back and never to return.Ive worked in kitchens for years, I expect people to play around a little at night but fully staffed sitting in front of thewindow on phones, not washing hands before returning to stations, playing around.. yall - DO!!
