The atmosphere there depends on who's working that day. For me, I'm a former Shift Manager there, to sum it up... I'm lucky I... get waited on. Some workers are rude, disrespectful and think they know everything. All management levels are veryunprofessional and disrespectful to the crew members as well as to their fellow managers, this I have had the pleasure of havingvery embarrassing, degrading and cruel verbal shout from one manager. I came and ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries and also 2 cinnamon rolls. Told me they had the cinnamon rolls... and when they gave me my food they replaced them with cheeseburgers. Highly disappointed because I paid 6 dollars for cinnamonrolls. Read more
He was absolutely awful I left my house and drove to McDonald's at 10:45 at night to get a quarter pounder with cheese with... extra cheese and no onions what I got was a quarter pounder with cheese with extra onions. the french fries were dead by thetime I got home which is about 3 minutes from the McDonald's. how unprofessional, how absolutely unprofessional of thisMcDonald's in northeast Pennsylvania I am livid! Ordered a muffin and cinnamon roll and a hot vanilla cappuccino. We got everything but the cappuccino. Manager saw us waiting... and yelled back for the coffee. We waited til the manager notice we still hadn't gotten our coffee so she went back and got it.Then turned out the cappuccino wasn't very good. ???? Meh Read more
