This location falls subpar compared to other Subways in the region. The service left something to be wanted, though it would... seem on boarding new staff may be to blame for this issue--something I'm sure anyone who has worked in the food industry cansympathize with. Putting the training aside, the staff seemed lethargic at best. The store looked tidy and standard, howeverthere were a fair number of fruit flies flying about the drink area which, I suspect, it likely caused by a less than thoroughcleaning of the area. Overall, not my favorite location in the chain, but only below the standard in the region. Read more
Good service, wish they had regular (non-spicey) ranch
Best subway cookies I've ever had! We did a mobile order and went in to pickup. All the sandwiches were made as requested and... the food was good. The only reason I'm not doing a 5 star is because I didn't actually go into the restaurant so I can't ratetheir service or appearance. But I'm pleased with my first visit so far! Read more

The service in this restaurant in the evening is spotty at best. Sometimes you'll get a "sandwich artist" that looks absolutely... miserable or they just don't know how to provide customer service. Or you may get an employee that has no idea how to make asandwich (it's not that hard). Or the employee will give you the smallest portions ever on your sandwich making it not worththe money. Worst subway i?ve ever been to. they have rude employees, a terrible manager, and terrible service. employees are rude and... inconsiderate. i went in a 8 pm and the employee marissa rolled her eyes when i walked in. they already looked like they wereclosing, she was unbelievably rude. she was sloppy and making a mess. i will never go here again. there is a better one 5minutes away Read more
I went in about 9:30 pm and they were already breaking down and stocking and cleaning for the night, and they don't close til 11... pm! Then my wife went in with my 2 kids at 10:45 pm and the denied her any service, said the door should have been locked andthe register takes 15 mins. to close down. The worst thing is that the girl who worked their had just served her boyfriend foodbut turned away a pregnant woman with 2 kids! Disgraceful and disrespectful, the younger age is just terrible anymore! still 15mins. til closing and turned her away on a BS lie cause they didn't want to clean up again or waste their precious time!
