The staff are overall pretty kind, but every single time I go, without fail, there's an issue. Last straw leading to a review... was when I used mobile ordering to get two breakfast sandwiches, two wakeup wraps, and two donuts for my brother and I. Showedup twenty minutes after ordering to give them time, and one sandwich and the two donuts were the only things done. After waitingin the store for my other items for a decent amount of time and realizing the food wasn't coming, I informed them that I stillneeded another sandwich, and two wraps. They said they would make the rest of the items, and I informed them that I would beback as I wanted to deliver some of the food to my brother, as he was hungry and it had already been a WHOLE 45 MINUTES. I cameback five minutes later, and there was still nothing. Waited an additional five minutes in store until I went up and informedthem AGAIN that I was waiting on a breakfast sandwich and two wraps. Only THEN did they start to make the rest of my order, andI waited in store until they were done. Waited a total of an HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for a Dunkin Mobile Order. Not to mention, thisis definitely not the first issue I've had with this specific location. Read more
Opened 2 was ago and it's been quite a show of them reopening with new staff. Some days are better then others. Still not a bad... shop! Love my dunks! Read more
The old lady behind the register single handily makes this the slowest Dunkin on earth.
So last time I was at this shop I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got home to find a everything bagel... with nothing else. So I chalked it up to a mistake. Now I ordered a pumpkin cappuccino and got a black coffee with pumpkinswirl flavor. No espresso or foam. It was very bland and extremely disappointing. I won't be returning.
