Ok the prb is, I never complain about wrong order, delay order or small mistake because I am working in food industry plus... customer service. I visted this place on 30th oct at 1.30p.m and the lady wearing black and white uniform seems incharge ispathetic. Seriously she needs to get customer service training, its not the first time i go witu Drive thru if u cant listen tome properly then tell me again, because if she cant listen me I also cant listen her. Second when I went to window she justrefuse to take my order, there is always a way to compensate ur custome not just telling that OH I AM NOT TAKING UR ORDER. Ucant take my order and tell me please park in the parking or come inside or anything with a smile not with that rude face andacent. Lady we all have problems and we all are struggling with our daily things, i spent 20 mins wait to reach ur window and urattitude is pathetic. I?m giving you 5 stars because I don?t want to hurt your ratings. I love this store a lot but today was pretty disappointing. I... jump right into it. -Pulled up at 8:25 -Ordered my food at 8:26(jr. Breakfast burritos, 3pc French Toast Sticks), now I haveworked at sonic in the past, those sticks maybe take 3-4 minutes to fry -The kid at the cashier did great, paid at 8:30 -Thenafter 15 MINUTES from ordering, I get my food at 8:41? 11 MINUTES after paying. I understand staff may possibly be low but, 16minutes at a fast food drive through with only 4-5 cars in line is unacceptable. Good thing I wasn?t a surprise shopper. I?mnot here to demoralize a fast food restaurant, I?m just hoping management can do something to help. I was just worried I wasn?tgoing to make it into work today. I am a BK fan. I stop at BK twice a week for myself and I buy breakfast for our company every Friday. We have 111 employees and... BK ALWAYS does a great job for us. Unfortunately I can no longer give my money to you. Your ?woke? agenda to fund LGBTQ booksbeing put into our elementary schools is repulsive and unacceptable. It?s pretty bad when YOU spend good money for little food and you drive off to go on your way pick up your soda and lid pops... off and soda goes all over your lap the sandwich and there are NO NAPKINS in the bag to help you ?. So I call the manager and hesays it?s not his problem even when I tell him the lid won?t go on tight and offers NOTHING for the inconvenience or mess -Icouldn?t believe not ONE napkin in the bag ! I guess they have enough business they can afford to Lose customers??. When you canoffer NOTHING TO compensate I am done. I walked out of Dunkin? Donuts a few month ago - tripped an my drink went flying. Theyhad NO PROBLEM replacing it ?.. my gf had a plant call out of her cart at Home Depot and they replaced the 18 dollar plantwithout one issue - you can see where customer service stands. Their Hershey Chocolate Shake is the best Milk Shake I've ever had! It tops every other nearby establishment that serves shakes... by far. It's thick, creamy and delicious! I highly recommend everyone go and try one, I promise you will not be disappointed. Read more

These places are under new ownership and are really going the extra mile to make them clean and beautiful the unfortunate thing... is lack of Staffing because of the current economy so sometimes you have to wait a little bit but I'm getting used to that and Ihope you are too. food is great and My Gal wants to be an assembler of the burger because sometimes all the condiments are onthe right and there's nothing on the left it's hilarious sometimes you have to reassemble your burger! Let me start by asking, you guys really make your customers pay for your mistakes? Because I just had to pay for my large fries... even though they charged me for a drink?so not only did I pay for a drink but the 3.50 for fries also?I gave back the drinkon-top of it..no refund for that either! I usually go late in the afternoon, or at night and let me say your crew at those timesseem to be better! Cause the manager handled my issue poorly, but she was also reminded of that by me and my mother! Read more

Nice & clean, busy and service was still prompt... Just got a quick breakfast before biking down the road... Food is... consistently as good as any other Burger King... One thing, count your change, got a penny instead of the 9 cents due me... Nobiggy, just double check... Read more
