I ordered 2 orders of snacking bacon and they were both COLD, not room temperature, COLD. For reference, I have ordered the... bacon before and it is hot and sizzling. When I went to grab my drink, I ordered cold foam. The drink was a quarter empty withno cold foam. When the guy goes to poor the cold foam I saw his finger touch the drink. Read more
Dunkin is supposed to seal food for transportation and delivery. Not only does this location not have a phone number they have... repeatedly left drinks without any seals for spillage, or protections that drivers won?t drink the drinks. While it may seemunreasonable to think they would need to do this I picked Dunkin as they are provided with sealed bags for this purpose fordeliveries and customer confidence about the safety of their food. I ordered this morning for delivery from this store through Uber Eats. The order came to over $60.00. It was delivered in a... timely manner but half the order was missing. I tried to reorder the missing items, but the delivery fees came to almost morethan the missing items. Consequently, I just called Uber and got a refund. This seems to happen every time I order thrudelivery services rather than restaurants that have their own delivery employees. There are always items missing. The mostfrustrating thing is that this store did not include a sales slip or provide a phone number anywhere?on line etc. All of theother Dunkin Donuts provide telephone numbers in their websites. I wanted to call them to find out if they did not fill theorder properly, or if the Uber delivery person failed to take the entire order. So happy they opened a Dunkin? Donuts in my area with a drive-through. The drive through is fast and accurate with friendly... workers. Inside is very clean the night crew is very friendly and funny. Met up with friends and we sat inside for over twohours and no one rushed us out. I definitely recommend this Dunkin? Donuts. Read more
Order accuracy was much better just after they opened this location, but for the last few mobile orders they've butchered either... the drinks or the food quite reliably. Also they clean up at about 8pm so baked goods are gone by then even though they closeat 10. Read more
