In my past 2 visits here I have been: ignored for 10 minutes, Told the counter was closed after being ignored for 10 minutes,... scoffed at when I ordered my drink, got the wrong drink, sighed at when I asked for the correct drink. This place is small with drive thru. Not a lot of places to seat down. Also the donut selection wasn't that great. The service... person was rude to an other customer inside. That I over heard. Read more

Went through the drive thru around 5:30pm 10/7/22 wearing a mask. The older male cashier stood next to the open drive thru... window openly mocking us to his coworker "HEY PEOPLE STILL THINK COVIDS A THING! HAHA" over and over again. I am getting marriedin 1 week and have some immunocompromised grandparents coming so we are trying to be careful, one relative already had to backout because he got covid on 9/29/22. Got a mobile to go order and went through drive thru. There was 6 cars ahead of me so you would think your order would be ready... especially since it was ordered on the app at least 15 minutes ahead of time and got to drive thru window and they hadn't evenstarted it. I ordered a caramel latte and a regular coffee. I got the coffee and instead of a caramel latte I got another coffeewith caramel mixed in after waiting now at least 25 minutes in line. I threw it out and went to a Dunkin who knows what a Latteis because this one didn't. Will avoid this Dunkin. Read more

This has to be the worst Dunkin? in the state of New Hampshire. They only take one car at a time, meaning they take the... customer?s order they get them to the window give them their food and then they take the next customer?s order. We sit waiting10 to 15 minutes sometimes in the drive-through just trying to place an order and then another five minutes waiting at thewindow for our food. This place is awful avoid at all costs. 9:35 am. Walked in- was told? sorry no counter service? a group of 7 are seated at a table with coffee. I said so ?I need to go... outside and go through the drive-in to get a coffee?? Was told yes? by the 3 people working behind the ? closed? counter. Ilooked at the reviews- one person said to order using the app.. inside at the ? closed? counter.. Very busy! They seem short on help. There is a sign on the door saying "Drive thru only due to staffing issues.", yet, you can... enter to order from the counter or pick up online orders. My order was half ready. To make up for the wait, I was given twicethe amount of Munchkins I ordered. Nice ????. Only issue, a girl behind the counter said the "f-bomb" and "G- d-it" whilecomplaining that the bacon ???? wasn't cooked correctly. I understand they are under a lot of stress, but, be careful with thelanguage. Place looks in good shape. Facemasks required to enter. I've been back twice and it's better. Read more
