Love to stop in for fresh and delicious homemade soups. You can serve yourself and eat-in or take-out. Different soups and... stew each day of the week. Check the website. They also have prepackaged soups in the refrigerator, along with other mealsmade there (Mac and cheese, pot pies, salads, stew) for grab and go as well. Beautiful new location, so pleasant to eat in such a sunny peaceful room. Gorgeous. The food is as great as the surroundings.... Dishes like shepherds pie to take home. We loved the Thai soup, tomato soup, and the Chinese salad. Fresh and fantastic. Greatto have a quick lunch with a friend. Read more
Did not want to post a negative review, but got no response from my email directly to the restaurant: Hi there, This is the... mom of the 3.5 year old boy who has a swallowing disorder and threw up in your restaurant today at lunch. I'd like to give somefeedback on what is helpful and not helpful to a mother or any customer in this situation, should it happen again. Helpful(none of which were done by the woman in the kitchen): - Ask how you can help - Grab a container and something to wipe up with -Express concern for the child throwing up - Be kind Unhelpful (all of which were done by the same woman): - Ask the child whois actively throwing up to walk through the entire restaurant to the restroom, including walking past every customer, the souptable, and both register lines (we were sitting in the booth by the kitchen) - Give disgusted looks - Be rude and essentiallykick us out when we were trying to pick up after ourselves and exit as quickly as possible anyway Trying to take the high roadwith a direct email instead of a negative review.
