Had the multi-course dinner and breakfast as part of our room booking and really enjoyed the experience. We chose to do dinner... after a long day sightseeing in the area, it allowed us to build up our appetite while also dressing up for the evening. Thesommelier was very helpful and recommended a wonderful and hearty red Chianti wine from their large wine cellar. We started withan oyster and their crusty bread, then moved on to a mushroom risotto (very tasty) for me and a pasta dish for wife. Next I hadthe steak while my wife had the lamb, we finished with 2 unique and locally flavoured desserts. We really enjoyed the wholeexperience, the food was excellent and the service was top-notch. Excellent meal with all details attended to. Only prefix available with somewhat limited choices. The presentation was more... nouveau-French with small portions. Each course was expertly prepared and the plating was clearly done with care. Lots ofservice people buzzing around, to include a sommelier. Main challenge was that the wine menu which was on an iPad and switchingbetween types of wine was cumbersome and difficult. Logistically, it was also difficult to physically get to the entry of therestaurant. The property is under construction and navigating to the restaurant was near impossible, even with directions fromlot attendant. No clear driveway was identified or available, making it challenging for dropping off those with mobility issues.The staff did accommodate by allowing us to leave our vehicle near the entry point. Hopefully they will put up signage and makea more direct path to the restaurant, for those patronizing the facilities and not staying on-site. Read more
You can't get more perfect than Le Hatley. Menu découverte along with the wine pairings was simply divine. Service is of the... highest quality and they make you feel like royalty. Worth every penny Read more
From the fantastic and friendly staff to the creative and delicious dishes, every detail has been carefully considered.... Beautiful setting and the courses were perfectly spread out- not rushed and not too slow. I had the cannelloni to start, thearctic char as my main and the l'éclair for dessert. Great restaurant! Menu provided for lots of diversified choices. The food was tasty, although a tad bit overgenerous on salt.... Wow, the view is astonishing, the service is professional, the ingredients are the best, the menu is well chosen, and the food... is extremely tasty. It was my first visit but not the last one. I’ll be back for sure. A hidden treasure for a lovelysurprise. Read more
