Ordered online. Got a call that they were out of pretty much all of what we ordered. They wouldn't cancel the order for us over... the phone. Went there in person, and they refused to cancel the order, ended up refunding the sandwiches, but we left with acouple drinks and sides, plus the one sandwich they had in stock. Not enough to feed a family of 4. And it took over an hour todo all of it. Ended up going to McDonald's for sandwiches. Read more
This is my first time trying out this location and very disappointed. Try out their new 5pc boneless chicken buffalo and is... inside a burger container instead plastic container. Curly fries is mixed with crinkle fries not Just few pcs but also all theway in bottom, is like being dump in same food storage. The crinkle fries Isnt even crispy, too soft. Arby's have become few and far between in Connecticut, but I'm glad they are still here. Visit this location occasionally while... I'm in the area. On my most recent visit the staff was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was very clean and the foodwas hot and delicious. I will be coming back and with the current state of retail I hope they stick around. Read more
Fair experience at this restaurant; my second visit in 5+ years. The meat is "eh" in taste. Restaurant cleanliness, general,... have become third priority or lower. The customer service was commendable. Close proximity to Rt91 N/SO r xits make thisconvenient stop for fast food. I recommend other close-by establishments. Arby's is at a simular stage as Roy Roger prior toshutting operations. Read more
