I will never be back again. My waitress was Karen she was rude and inconsiderate. My reservations were for 715 the waitress came... over with an attitude took half the drink orders only brought 2 of the drinks never came to take any type of order until after8pm when I had to go to the hostess and complain. She was rude throughout the meal brought 2 meals messed up on one personsasked if they started eating it because it wasn?t for our table . Didn?t bring the rest of the food for 10-15 mins my husbandwas asked what he ordered for a side said pasta never received his pasta drinks were messed up and we received an attitude as ifit was us. It was my mom?s birthday so not only was our food not to par the service stunk and we didn?t leave until 930. Whenthe cake was brought out she goes well idk how I?ll cut this because it?s still frozen with an attitude. The worst service andfood I?ve had in the longest time I used to love belinis I will never be back. Not to mention but they included gratuity for 4adults and two children under the age of 7 which I think is outrageous. The only good service we received was from savannah andwho was the buster. My husband and I, with two of our friends, went to Bellini?s last night and we were all very pleased with our experience. The... food was delicious, the atmosphere was charming and the service was excellent. We had the greatest waitress in Joann. She wasvery attentive to our needs and she even had the owner to come to our table to welcome us. Even though we were all full afterour dinner, we decided to order desserts because we were enjoying ourselves so much that we were not ready to leave. We had avery pleasant conversation with the owner. We all plan to go back very soon. Thank you Joann for making our first visit sopleasant. Hopefully Joann will be our waitress when we return. First time at Bellini's, looks a bit outdated like an old fashion italian restaurant. People very attentive to your needs, love... the spicy margaritas and stuffed mushrooms, had fried calamaries a bit tuff, the rest of the meal was good. Read more
