If I can give minus stars I would have. I have ordered take outs from this branch not only once, not twice, not five times and... every single time they surprise with how horrible they are. Let’s start with the staff that is supposed to be “welcoming” customers at the door, no one actually does that. They just look up from their phones or the ordering screen andlook back down, they have the worst attitudes talking to customers, they ask you for your name every 10 minutes mind you therewas only myself and another guy waiting for take out orders. If you receive a text that your order is ready don’t believe it,everytime I have to wait an hour to hour and a half afterwards to actually get my food. They always forget something and when Icall they play dumb despite the fact that I always give them the receipt/order number. Never apologize for that and give me anattitude then suggest that I come back to get the rest of the order! The rewards points, they can never see it in the systemsomehow, I place the orders online and it shows that I redeemed the points at the checkout but somehow I always get charged andit never works! Finally the food, the wings always taste like they were cooked at least the day before, super dry. I didn’tknow chicken wings can be that dry honestly. The meat doesn’t carry the flavor, like you can taste this is the dry blandchicken soaked in lumpy but flavorful sauce. And to my surprise yesterday when I received the order the veggies that I orderedas sides were FROZEN to a point where the celery as you can see in the picture changed its color. Asked for a manager and was asked why? Employee said- can't get a manager if you don't tell us why and that's the protocol a... very rude employee told me. Asked for her name , she said i am not giving you my name and hangs up the phone.This place is ajoke for a restaurant. Employees insult you because when you order food. Just wow. We ordered 2 -10 piece boneless buffalo wings with fries. When we opened the boxes it was regular chicken nuggets with very... little powder on some of it. Definitely didnt look like what was shown on the website. We were very disappointed. It tastedjust like eating chicken nuggets with no sauce. Will not go there again. Read more
There is trash all over the floor, they leave dirty dishes on the tables for who knows how long. Food is not great the fries... seem as if they are cheap grocery store frozen fries and the service is the worst. Our waitress took our order and left, wedidn't hear from her most of the night. Our food was delivered by the bus boy and I had to flag her down to get some extradrinks which never happened. She was just basically standing around doing nothing totally forgot about us. Poor Customer service, walked in 15 past my pickup time stood at the counter for about 4 minutes and no one ever came to greet... me. After reading all the signs in the place finally noticed the one that states that online order are in a shelve. Get my orderand after getting in my vehicle the order is missing items. Walk in and finally some come out. The girl that I spoke to had somekind of attitude grabbed the bag and gave me the missing veggies. I looked in the bag and not a fork or napkins inside. Maybeafter touching every door handles I have to eat with my hands and lick my fingers. Finally get to start eating and my bluecheese dipp is near empty. I now that inflation is up but come on is bad enough you order 20 wings and they give you 2 tinydipps. Charge me the extra for the dipp. The only good thing is that the wings were good. Read more
I just received my lunch order via ubereats from the Buffalo Wild Wings on this address. The wings are dry and so hard to chew,... I ordered the traditional Buffalo wings. Their vegetables are fresh and the side sauces are also good. But I'm reallydisappointed with the wings, I thought I'd get them fresh. Read more

The picture does it justice. Pictured is 20 boneless wings. That looks more like 20 popcorn chickens. The sauce made the chicken... very very dry. Plus there wasn’t enough sauce on the chicken to begin with. Will not be going to bdubs for a while. Read more
