Possibly the worst Dunkin? Donuts ever! Walked thru the door and was waiting to be served. I was ignored for the couple behind... me who he?s seemed to be friends of the girl working behind the counter. They were given free food as I was patiently waiting tohave my order taken. I don?t mind if you wanna serve your friends free food but at least wait of the person who was waiting inline first to pay. This is not my first time at this place. I?ve had a couple of bad experiences here. This will be my last timehere. The service is terrible. Read more
Absolutel terribly slow.how does it take 10 mins to pour a large coffee that was already brewed.the kid at the register was very... kind but he will not leave that register and make your coffee no matter if theres people behind you or not.he definitely couldmake a coffee if the other 2 turtles are in the back having an i.c.e. meeting.the only reason for 2 stars is cause the coffeewasnt burnt,surprisingly. It amazes me this place has four stars. Ladies are so rude and cold and unkind here. This isn't nice. I wont go back.
Slow. As. Hell. Standing in line for 20 minutes. Went next door to the mcdonalds and had faster service there. Not sure what it... is with Dunkin Donuts and needing 30 minutes for 3 people in line. Read more
Maybe it was just bad timing but when I walked into dunkin my first impression was that it was very dirty , there were more than... enough employees working to sweep the floor. Now I could be coming in at the wrong time but it was a badi tinvitation to me. Read more
This is my favorite Dunkin! Unless I have no choice, I always go to this one, even if it?s an extra 15 minute drive. The staff... are incredibly friendly and always do a wonderful job. Plus, they make perfect matcha lattes unlike any of the other Dunkinsthat I?ve been to nearby! Read more
Terribly slow here. It was aggravating to stand in there for 20 minutes and watch the lady move like molasses just to put one... thing in the oven and then them too busy chatting with each other to take care of customers. I watched an argument happenedbetween a customer and find me who asked for a refund because he couldn?t wait any longer. Some nosy woman to his left startedfighting with him because she thought he was being mean to the staff. But he was totally right. Behind me and people kept comingand going because they couldn?t wait that long. This is the slowest Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to! Read more
