Friendly's is the same as when I went there as a child. The food has always been quality and priced right. I love their... cheeseburgers. Today, I go there often just before I hit the movies. Ordered 2 salads. Took 15 mins longer than the quoted time to make. One salad wasnt what we ordered. Tired of the awful service... this place has. For a place that has 3 guests at max every time im there, they just cant get it together. We will not bereturning. Read more

When you place an order through a company?s website and do not receive what you ordered, the simple response would be I?m sorry... we will issue you a credit for the missing items. The STORE MANAGER said it?s not their responsibility to get us the correctfood. Don?t be so lazy and come pick it up yourself! What a disgusting and unprofessional response! This is a horrible locationdo not eat here, they do not care in the least bit and it?s a waste of money each time. Hope that woman can find a job withoutpersonal contact with people. Disgusting! I will never order food here again! Ordered a frozen coconut bowl online. I went in the store and picked it up myself. It was... completely liquid and melted. I asked if they could possibly remake it. I was told they had no more ingredients to remake thatbowl. I asked if I can just have a refund then and I was told by the manager she could not give me a refund. She couldn'tprocess the refund and I needed to request my refund online. She didn't even know how to do that! Couldn't help me at all. Iexplained there was no option on my receipt for a refund. I left with no food and paid them!! Manager said she would " take myname and email her district manager " I had no conformation if that will even happen. Extremely upsetting!!! Called anotherlocation and asked if they could assist me with the online refund since the other manager couldn't help me - they said theycouldn't help me bc it's not their store?! All I was asking for was help on how to request my refund online. Calling corporatefirst thing in the morning & getting my refund. Horrible customer service for my FIRST time ever ordering here. It was a very nice place. I would go back there. I got the mango ice tea and the new strawberry short cake sundue. It was great,... and for the price of 7 bucks it kinda was a steal. My boyfriend got the strawberry lemonade with a strawberry and chocolate milkshake which was good and was in a very large serving size. The server was very nice and attentive. Read more
