Good food, nice place. Staff is also very good. Take a client of mine once a week, everyone is very pleasant. The toasted or... fried ravioli with the vodka sauce is dangerously good. First time I came here I had the personalized Gluten free pizza! It was great. Today I had Sweet Potato fries topped with... Chili. Delicious combo and deceivingly filling. I also ordered the French Onion Soup crock, but I was too full of sweet friesto eat it ????. It looks great though. Read more

It was my first time eating at J Roo's (July 2022). Please take the stuffed mushrooms appetizer off the menu! The description... stated that the mushrooms were stuffed with crab and topped with a cream sauce. The mushrooms I received had no crab and weretopped with melted artificial cheese. They tasted awful. However, the blackened salmon entree was delicious (so good I ate itall before I could get a photo). Read more

I very frequently order from here. This time it was disappointing. I ordered online small mac n cheese pizza, 2 ice cream with 2... apple crisps. On the same order, I also place an order for 1 pint of ice cream with caramel. When the order arrives, I receive 1pint of ice cream, 2 apple crisps without their ice creams. I immediately call and say I'm missing the apple crisp ice creams,to which I'm told I'll get it delivered. I wait and wait. Close to an hour passes. Thus I call again. The guy who responds tellsme I had already received my items, to which I clarify I had only gotten the 1 pint. He then tells me that he spoke with themanager and I will get my items. I ask about how long it'll be, to which he states "20 minutes". How would I know that I wouldnever receive my items if I don't call a second time since he assumed that I received them? Who would let me know? Thus I toldhim something close to these words. I understand mistakes happen, thus the reason I called and stated what was missing. Therestaurant is a paid service, to which I paid for my food and expect to receive for ALL my paid items. Addendum: I received the2 ice creams a little later than the 20 minutes, which I understand. I have never written a review before because I usually let places rock I respect the hustle but this is the worst pizza I have... ever had in my life. I ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza and they didn’t add the cheese the whole thing was a burnt chip with 0dough. Great food portion size for the price. I've been here once but I plan on going again. Staff is great and very attentive. Also... food from the kitchen to the table time is faster than you would think. But the bathrooms needed more attention toward beingclean. Read more
