So I?m not sure what young person they have working here now but I was taken back by the customer service.. the one thing I... loved when ordering take out was talking and dealing with the kind staff that are always so sweet on the phone. The persontoday made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and seem like they were rushing me off the phone. I wasn?t taking along timeor anything. She kept sayin is that it, is that it after all four items. Then when I was done she said okay bye. Like hung upwithout telling me a price, reading the order or anything. I called back to make sure she got it all and to repeat it back. She gave an attitude like, ?I got it and proceeds to read it off with an attitude. I just realize after opening all my foodthat she actually didn?t get it. My order was wrong. Wrong vegetables and I was given extra vegetables I never even seen inthat order before and I was charged for an extra appetizer that I didn?t order. I really love the restaurant and I loved thepeople that run it which is why I always order from there but unfortunately the person working today just seemed like theydidn?t want to be there and/or didn?t want my business. Our favorite sushi spot! The ambiance inside is lovely, very clean and cozy (don?t let the outside fool you). The staff is very... attentive. The food is INCREDIBLE. Their sushi is perfect - not too much rice and stuffed with fish. Lumi consistently demonstrates itself as a reliable, tasty, fun take out & dine in option. I am a big fan of the Poke bowls,... fairly priced and great portions, loaded on the fish/proteins! These bowls pack a punch with flavor. My 8th visit and will beback! Read more
Pleasantly surprised at the amount of meat in each piece of sushi, would definitely order again!
Had a wonderful time here. The food is very fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the chicken curry and my husband had another chicken... dish. The service is very good and they are very friendly! Lumi, excellent service, even better food. Always a great lunch stop, usually order Pad Thai and or a Poke bowl. Portion size is... more than enough, most times end up taking some Pad Thai home. The Poke bowl I order tuna and shrimp on rice with seaweed,avocado and edamame is great. Stop in, you will not be disappointed. Read more
I really enjoyed the bento box. The chicken katsu was a bit over cooked but it was crispy. The chicken katsu bento box came... with shrimp shumai which had a nice umami flavor to them. The eel specialty rolls were very tasty and the sauces that weredrizzled on it had a nice taste. We also got the five spice chicken dumplings which were full of flavor! I really enjoyed those.We got take out and the wait was pretty long, but it was worth it. Also I had ordered soup but they messed up my order and gaveme a salad instead, which was fine, but make sure to check just in case. Read more
