I don't leave reviews unless I've a notably bad experience and being that I work near this location I've had many, besides the... workers being slow and not saying hi, bye or anything when they give you the food, they seem to have a real issue with ketchup.I ask for it when i order and then again at the window and it's NEVER there, im not exaggerating at all it is literally neverthere no matter how many times you ask. Sometimes they'll say it's in the bag and it wasn't so i have to drive around again toget it, this has happened multiple times and i never get a sorry, usually just attitude. I can't tell you how frustrating it isto ask for it constantly and never get it, it's like there's a shortage on ketchup. But overall the food here is usually staleand the customer service is abysmal. You should really consider closing this location to make room for something else. This McDonald's is close to our house so we go alot & they always have cold fries & they always taste like old oil. They Always... mess up orders too... worst I've seen in awhile example- a few days ago I watched as they messed up some lady's order they nevergave her a coffee then made her wait 15 minutes & told her they were sorry they couldn't find the order in their system! For a$1 coffee?! they did finally give it to her but they made it WRONG. Read more

This place is absolutely horrible. From the wait time, to the food they put out. I have a 30 minute lunch, and I spend 25... minutes of that in line. I place orders ahead of time, I walk in and I wait in the drive through. No matter what option, there'sALWAYS a ridiculous wait. I wish I could say it's because of labor shortage, but I constantly see employees walking around withtheir phones in their hands. Maybe stop texting and actually work? Get it together. Read more

Very bad service ordered from DoorDash forgot five of things I ordered originally. I called DoorDash. They re-submitted my order... and came back with 2 of 8 items. McDonald?s won?t answer their phone. Poor customer service. Nasty food. McFlurry, not mixed,and no topping. Will never go this location again. The homeless will give better service than them.
