I frequently order outback curbside pick up and always receive well packaged, delicious food. I love how easy it is to order... using the app and how easy the pick up is as well. They really care about their service and customers and it does not gounnoticed. There was one time that I received a steak that was not out-back quality at all and I reached out to the manager justto let them know because it was a disappoint after all the great experiences I had. Once again, outback went above and beyond.Not only was the manager appreciative and understanding on the phone, but I also received a personal letter from the proprietorof out back in north haven. We went for dinner very last minute and were told a 30 minute wait but we waited for five minutes and were promptly seated. ... Becky, our waitress, was super nice and very attentive. She even kept her cool and remained professional when the gentleman atthe table next to ours was angry about his steak. I went to this restaurant for my birthday and had a really nice time! It's the perfect place for family and for little ones too.... The menu is simple yet super delicious. To top it off, my server Becky was so kind and attentive to detail. She didn't miss abeat! Definitely asking for a table in her section next time I go. Read more

Ate in the bar area. Had the best waitress ( Michelle). She is the bartender also. She served us right away and has such a... great personality. She makes the best strawberry daiquiri drink. Thank you Outback Steakhouse Staff for a phenomenal FATHER'S DAY with my family!! (There was a small hiccup regarding the call... ahead service, for 6pm. Perhaps, a better reservation policy, even during holidays should be revised. However, accommodations,originally for 4 people were increased by 1, were nicely satisfied!!!) Service was very good, They had an outstanding cheesecake that day. (Homemade whipped cream, I had them mixed to separate... dessert) I'm not a dessert person either. The steak was a generous cut but I felt like the seasoning and grilling could havebeen better. Potato and veg. (broccoli) needed seasoning wife had a veg. mix that was excellent.
