Excellent Chinese Food !! Got the Lo Mein, Veggie Rolls, Won Ton Soup. Very Tasty; hot. When you come off Washington, it's a... quick turn into a strip mall. You can't find Pagoda when you enter; however on one building there is a giant arrow with "Pagoda"written on top. The small restaurant is behind the strip mall. Pagoda has been my #1 go-to for Chinese for my whole life! Definitely a local favorite/staple! The food is delicious and the... staff is even better! They’re super fast, efficient and always go out of their way to ensure that you end up happy and fullwith food made exactly the way you want it! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Especially to those who want topquality and very affordable food! The staff is full of some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. If I could give them morethan 5 stars, I would! The food was great a couple months ago but not now. We ordered chicken finger and the chicken was missing, just fried batter.... Ordered wonton soup and it was sitting in oil not broth. But a few months back the food was great, never had any issues untilnow. Read more
Since coming to North Haven 2 years ago, we have gotten our take out Chinese food from Pagoda. It is very delicious, takes... little time, and is very convenient to order online. The staff is friendly. Always, there is an abundance of food - youdefinitely get more then you paid for. A little hard to find unless you know where you’re going, since it’s in the rear ofthe stip-mall, but definitely worth it. I order here all the time. But the couple times recently that my order was wrong they argue with me telling me,no we gave you... what you ordered. Or both times with the appetizer that was wrong,they come back with the wright order but wants the wrongappetizer back to trade and charges the difference to my card. How cheap and unprofessional. And I wonder who they give it toafter they get it back. He's so cheap, won't admit mistakes and then couldn't possibly give away a few pieces if meat on a stickwhen a mistake is made. So tired of these stubborn,cheap restaurant owners around here. Two places that I order from all thetime did this on the only two order mistakes in two years of ordering from them. I order here for lunch at least 3 times a week. Staff is amazing. Service is great. They always get my order right and have... great food. Highly recommend. Great customer service. More of a dine out place but 5 stars, nonetheless. Read more
