My unknowing spouse came back with 2 "gluten free" veggie delites. Little did he know the gluten free bread only comes in 6... inches prepackaged, hence why I wanted 2 because I'd be out and occupied all day. While I'm not celiac I'm gluten sensitive andwanted to give you guys a shot. Train your staff better. You had me sick for days. It's not about fad dieting, the willfullyignorant have zero place handling food for public consumption. Won't be returning for even a salad. I'd rather eat grass. Read more

Went by for breakfast with my pregnant wife while passing through. Disrespectful staff!! Terrible experience! First my... pregnant wife asked to use the bathroom and was told the owner doesn?t let people use it. Next I had the wrong order and thestaff argued that?s how I ordered it. Guess customer is always right is out the window! I will never stop at this locationagain and I would advise advising it at all cost! Read more
**Updated Review** So I have been to a few Subways over the past few weeks and they have definitely improved their quality. Went... to the one here in North Haven again and the two guys working were excellent. Super friendly and energetic. Made 4 subs for thefamily and they were great. Not like the last experience I had there with Jen. Definitely would return when these guys wereworking again! I left my old review here because I was aggravated with the service I got from the woman Jen. I don?tunderstand this place. I ordered a sub and asked for a little more shredded cheese on the sub and I get smacked with $1.20charge. Literally a tiny bit extra. Subway has really gone downhill in the last few years. Their bread has the texture of asponge and never tastes fresh. With all the little mom and pop delis in this area I would choose them over Subway any day. Theonly reason I went here was because I had a bunch of tokens to redeem that were expiring from buying subs for other people.Definitely won?t be back to this or any Subway. Read more
New staff at this store never know what they are doing. Constantly getting my food wrong, and telling me no to getting my... sandwich a certain way that all other staff and other locations do all the time. They even over charging me by $6 for a mealthat I order all the time and when I read the receipt and informed him it was wrung up wrong he started fighting me. Thought Iwould give the location another try thinking it was just that worker but last night it happened again with everything beingreversed to the point of getting cold/undercooked meatballs that made me sick, regardless of the other staff telling him to makesure they were heated up he over looked that. This is a good location. Clean and the staff is professional and very very organized. Im never in line a long time, even... during peak lunch hour. The food is always fresh. It's located on a main strip of road in north haven. Plenty of parking. Read more
Disgusting establishment. Flies fly, there is a lot of dirt and dust on the windows. And to the question: "Do you have soup... today?" The owner said that he does not follow the Subway rules and is not obliged to do it. If there is time, it is better tolook for something else nearby. Read more
