I love Wendy's spicy nuggets, but tonight they tasted a bit stale as if they had been sitting for a while before they were... served to me. The fries were good and the Rick and Morty soda mix was delicious. The lady at the payment window could've been alittle more cheery, but I get that working nights at the drive through can be a bit rough. Wait in the drive thru was a littlelong. Just left North Haven?s Wendy?s Drive thru ordered a GrilledAsiago Ranch Chicken sandwich I specifically requested it be... grilled because last time they gave me the wrong order! At the pick up window I paid and was handed my bag as the female staffmember handed me the bag I again made sure the chicken was Grilled. Since this order was for another person I didn?t think itright I go into the bag so like a fool I took her word!!! Well I was wrong. When I gave the bag to the person who ordered itthey found a chicken sandwich that was crispy greasy and Fried!! They were out of most of what we ordered. No salad, no grilled chicken, no iced tea, no vanilla shake. Tell us what you do have... - we have fries and nuggets - I guess we?ll take that. And then they forgot half the nuggets but certainly charged for them. :( Read more
We walked in to an empty restaurant and was a bit concerned as this is not normal for a Wendys. There was no one at the counter... and a woman yelled out to state that there was a customer in the store. A man walked up to the register and greeted us and askedhow we were doing and proceeded to take our order. He took our order with a great attitude and sense of humor while alsorepeating our order to us and make sure it was correct. Our order came to us within minutes and was hot and as we had ordered.The gentlemen checked with us after a bit to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were good to go. Shout outto Gary at this location. The man was very professional, had a great attitude, and was just an awesome guy to interact withwhile we were there. I know the majority of the reviews for this location are not great, but our experience with Gary was theexact opposite and wanted people and management to know that they need more Garys!!! Read more
Unfortunately my order was prepared incorrectly. I asked for no cheese on my single and they put it up there anyway. Upon... returning to the drive-thru window the cashier took the sandwich and instead of making a new one they gave me the same one backafter scraping the cheese off but leaving cheese residue. I most likely will not eat from this location either anytime soon orever again. However, the cashier was pleasant. Read more
Just wanted to give a recent and fair review because I see a lot of poor reviews here and I didn't have that experience at... all. Ordered food via the mobile app, breakfast hours (just after 8am) the day after a national holiday. When I drove up I gavemy name and mobile order was verified. At the 2nd window the employee did ask me to pull up to the white line (so this isaccurate, and in my experience is done so it doesn't throw off their "wait times" metric but it looked like there weren't manyemployees working) but I only waited about 3 minutes and she brought the food out to me. I was informed by the manager that there was not any chicken ready at 5:14 PM and waited twenty minutes for my drive-through... order to be brought to me (told to wait on the side of the building). My form of payment was cash and I wasn?t able to get acustomer copy of the receipt. I ordered one Classic Jalapeño Popper Sandwich (prepared incorrectly as it was made with apretzel bun) and one Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken. Both were underwhelming and slathered with cheese sauce. The sandwiches couldhave benefitted from fresh ingredients such as romaine lettuce and a couple tomato slices to cut through the salty, sweet, andheavy components. Read more
So I went in to use the bathroom. I went into the bathroom about a minute later. An employee comes is talking to someone on the... phone. Saying 'I hope they buy something. Cause people come in use the bathroom and don't buy anything. Mind you I was planingon buying something. But i was turn off by the face that she said then. Then had the nerve to pee and walk out the bathroomwithout washing her hands. I'm a regular here but I will no longer be coming in to this Wendy's. Read more
