This is a decent Carl's Jr. A large part of my reason for going their today was to try the app update. So this will mainly... concern the app. I found it slightly laggy, the interface wasn't very good, and the way to get to the deals was obfuscated. It'snot clear what deals are available and they only seemed to appear once you go to checkout. The deals should be up front and thenyou choose your meal. But it worked. Got my crisscut fries and primal burger. Was decent, you know, Carl's Jr. The app isimproved, but McDonalds still rules with their app deals and very easy to use interface. I'm hoping Carl's Jr's App improves. Read more
My food was packaged and made very sloppy. My onion rings on my ????burger were super small like the size of a mini... ????Tamato. My ????fries were overcooked. My ????soda was just as flat as my food because the employees stuffed 3 orders offood into "1" bag. My food was sooooo stuffed in the bag to were when I took my food out of the bag everything was "flat" and"squished" including the container the fries came in. For a minute I thought I pulled a "paper menu" out of my bag instead ofthe actual food because of how squished all the food was. ??????????? "If your business "ran out" of "FRIES" just saythat!??????????? If your business "ran out" of employees with "COMMON SENSE" just say that!!"??????????? Overall experience was good. Quick response when I arrived at the menu board. Order taker was quick and precise. All extra... requests at the pick up window were handled correctly without any hassle. Food was done quickly and correctly even with almostevery item being specially made. Total time from pulling into drive thru lane to bags in hand just under 5 minutes. Read more
