I?m very disappointed with they?re customer service second think I ordered the burrito supreme with chicken but they putted beef... inside the burritos. also I ordered chicken chalupa supreme with chipotle sauce but they just added the creamery sauce top ofthe chalupa which is already made from long time they gave me the old chalupa. Worst customer service..showed up near closing time (i didnt know) and a guy comes out with cones saying "we closed." Ok. I am... already in the packed drive thru and he puts the cones behind.my car. I assume they will take all of the cars already there,that was jot the case. Instead they block everyone in and turned on the we are cloaed message instead of finishing up the line.As we drove past after they served the laat car, they yelled ahhahhhaaaa. My visit here today was one of the worst. The girl outside taking my order wasn't very friendly. When I opened my burrito it... was moist on the outside like somebody touched it with wet hands and then when I bit into my burrito everything was absolutelycold. Four years ago, I did a review. This is for a visit on Sept. 24. Iced tea, my favorite, tasted like water with one tea bag... dunked in. Restrooms NOT WORKING. My #3 combo meal, taco, burrito and drink, my burrito was grilled. I thought the food tastedstale. Absolute trashiest taco bell in the city. The app didn?t have an option to sub chicken for the meat so I subbed steak since they... both cost extra? they told me there gonna have to charge me for an extra side of chicken if I want chicken. No coward manager came out to solution the problem and not delivered fresh cinnamon twist(a $1take a min to fry not hurt their... job to do) when asked no matter what even if a dollar. I only have gone through the drive thru but the food is great. They have a dollar menu which is what I usually buy from because... I am always on a budget. ????But anyways great service the times I have gone. So that has been my experience and it's myopinion. The reason I give it a 4 is that they always have difficulty hearing me even if I talk louder which I hate because Ihate to repeat my order but that has been experience. Not everyone has the same experiences. Update:This Taco Bell is onlygetting worse. Who ever works at 4:00 on Mondays and is preparing the food, they should be fired. Awful experience today. We came and ordered 2 crunchwraps and 5 taco supremes and paid for it and when we got home ... only got regular tacos ... and we... paid for Supreme... tried calling to complain about it and no one answers the phone ... rip offs ... no more go there Read more
