They have poor service, their chicken is usually ok but they're lazy and they won't even bother giving you any sauce.

Poor service, their chicken don't come with gravy or sauce unlike in the philippines.

They have theeee best fried chicken!!!!!!! However, the service is inconsistent! This last time I ordered chicken, soups, chow... mein, and 3 siopaos. Got home and the siopaos were not in the bag. I called to let them know I was coming back to get them. Theperson on the phone said, oh ya you didn?t grab them. Um, no, you did not put them in my bag and there was nothing else on thecounter. No accountability. I go to pick it up and the cashier said the supervisor said I had to pay for them because he forsure put the 3 siopaos in my bag. The supervisor must?ve been high that day. I just talked to someone who knew I was coming. Thecashier then said, ok I?ll just give it, it?s fine. Of course it?s fine. I never got them. I?ll be taking a break from this ChowKing for a bit.
